Steve, with all due respect, this is not the proper forum for a discussion of abortion. Moreover, for better or for worse, abortion is fully legal under United States law -- sometimes it is even necessary, and that includes third trimester abortions, if the mother's life is endangered because of toxemia or eclampsia. It's a loaded topic and, given conflicting beliefs concerning when a foetus is considered to be viable, and when does "life" begin, probably not an appropriate topic for this forum. The foregoing notwithstanding, the 6,000 Libyans massacred by their government this week were very much alive. No debate necessary or required.
