By US law, the children of US citizens born outside the USA are citizens at birth. Even if Obama was born ON MARS, as long as one parent was a US citizen, he is an American citizen at birth. My daughter was born in Jerusalem, because I held US & Israeli citizenship at the time of her birth, so she is also a natural born American citizen.
