Hizbollah have already decided that at least 1 of Israel's gas fields belong to Lebanon and they will not let Israel steal Lebanese gas. Now we have a Lebanese minister threatening war if Israel doesn't hand the oil & gas over to Lebanon peacefully they will go to war. The UN have already said they intend to make sure Lebanon profits from this discovery as well. Before anything has even come out the ground the UN have made clear where they stand. We need to make clear we will not just hand over this gas because Lebanon is making threats. We will fight for this gas if we have to and will not end the same way it did in 2006 thanks more to Israeli government stupidity and over a decade of underinvestment in the IDF. Surrendering on this will not lead to peace between Lebanon & Israel. We have seen it all before the more we agree to give the arabs for a quiet life the more they demands. We need to find the spirit of 1948 where we were willing to fight for whats was ours and not adopt the attitude of the oslo generation which is give, give, give as long as it will avoid a fight There would be no Israel if todays generation of politicians and military commanders were running things.

show the Leviathan field deeply inside Israeli territory. The claim is not over the location of Israel's find but that it *may* fall into Lebanese waters. I stress "may" because so far its just Lebanese conjecture even though they still haven't launched a real study in their waters, and despite several seismic studies by gas companies showing this field doesn't enter Lebanese waters at all. As they say, the burden of proof is on the accuser. Or in Arab lands, the burden of proof is simply scaring others with horrific violence to do your bidding.
