you say that Japan is ''Not even helping their own'' Perhaps you think USAR ( Urban Search And Rescue ) stands for United States of America Rescue? there are 50,000 Japanese rescue workers and a small handful of teams from overseas. If you don't think the Americans are involved in helping Japan, google "US 7th Fleet radiation hazard Japan" and read about the radiation being detected on US Navy helicopters and pilots who have been assisting in the rescues. The radiation is so bad that the Fleet's main ships had to pull back further than 100 miles from shore while some ships are still forward deployed in assisting the Japanese. Read about the American teachers and other professionals who were helping the Japanese before the earthquakes and tsunamis who went through it with the Japanese and those who survived are staying to help instead of high-tailing it back to America.
