Do you really think that if an American or Australian family was murdered by terrorists it would not interest the world? It would. It doesn't when it is Israel. Why? Answers: ??? Any answer would only say murdering innocent people is okay.

CNN, BBC, and other biased sources must be brought up short by Israel but kicking them out is not the answer. Restraining their content via governmental action is a better way. The best approach is for Israel to develop its own decent media sources...I will not say objective, since that is not possible for anyone...rather, honest and factual and intelligently analytic...I am referring to news here, not opinion. Questions like "was the murderer(s) actually a Palestinian" apparently from a lunatic or lying fringe must be dealt with. To #70, in journalistic writing, when you put something in quotes (other than a direct human speech quote) it indicates a special status, usually that there is doubt or unclarity about the factual nature. So no, it is not a stylistic tweak but has a serious content meaning.

We have freedom of the press here. Freedom of the press is not about saying what you want when you want but rather reporting the facts as they exist. If a news agency, who insists they are non-bias and reporting the news does not, then they are no longer a news agency but rather a biased blog. If that is the case it is our perogative to either allow them to stay or not. We should throw them out under the laws of freedom of the press. Where we are taking the freedom to expell bias press. If you look up this news article with all of CNN's quoatation marks as shown here , you will Google about 4000 hits. If you take away CNN's quotation marks and Google only - ........Israeli family 'killed in terror attack' ........ not "Israeli family killed in 'terror attack'"... you will get about 400, 000 hits of this horrific murder.

No one has been identified as the killer, or what reasons were behind this horrific crime. It very well could have been an Israeli or a Palestinian who is guilty it could have been one of the neighbors no one knows yet. All we know is that this is a terrible crime and the person responsible needs to be brought to justice. The entire population is not guilty.
