Hebron is not a settlement. It is a Palestinian city known as al-Khalil. There is a small, yet violent Jewish settlement within this city. That is what this article is referring to.
5. Palestinian City

The only palestinian city I know of is in Texas, Palestine, Texas. Hebron, Israel, is a Jewish city. Always has been, always will be. Concerning 'palestinians' - sorry, #4- there has never been a 'palestinian people' - it is the biggest, most successful PR BS that they world has ever seen. But, don't be concerned or worried. All such lies are doomed to failure - so will be the fate of this one too. Happy Purim from JEWISH Hebron!
