Are not Jews entitled to defend themselves against attack? What should they do when the PA proves itself either unwilling or unable to prevent such attacks? In the USA in most states if you have have reasonable belief that severe bodily injury or death may occur you may kill in self defense. A rock to the head can kill you very easily. If I was able to drive away I would retreat. If I was trapped at a light and surrounded I would shoot them between the eyes . I have a responsibilty to protect my wife from any harm or hurt in this life. Israelis tolerate far too much.. The enemy sees this as a definite weakness and to his advantage.

Shooting stone throwers isn't 'price tag' but arguably self-defense while attacking a random Palestinian is simply criminal and terrorism at its worst. Lumping the two things together is lazy and sloppy.

the guy is getting stones thrown at him by several people what do you expect him to do throw stones back? it should be the law to shoot at anyone throwing stones at a civilian. that will get people to think twice before picking up stones off the ground. maybe the police or army can use other means at their disposal against stones, but as a settler your given a weapon to defend yourself and stones can be deadly and the guy just tried defending himself.

Self defense is the right of everyone in a civilized nation. In Edwardian England, no gentleman would be seen in public without his pistol. Needless to say, crime rates were very low. Israel's government must endorse citizen's rights to carry arms and use them for self defense. This is how to stop Arab violence. Not with politically correct nonsense.
