31. To: No. 28
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (03.22.11)
Since when does a terrorist organization have the right to take "prisoners of war?" That is a right which accrues exclusively to sovereign nations. Terrorist organizations -- which is what Hamas is universally acknowledged be -- have no such privilege. Wrap your head around that, oh monumentally stupid one.
32. We need to kidnap more of them for Gilad.
Alice ,   Uk   (03.22.11)
The evil hamas will all burn in hell,
33. To: Brian at No. 30
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (03.22.11)
Israel's blockade of Gaza is both fully legal and internationally recognized. The legality of the blockade does not rest upon whether Gaza is a sovereign state. On the other hand, Gaza, universally acknowledged to be a terrorist organization, has no rights or privileges which accrue exclusively to sovereign states. It cannot take so-called "prisoners of war." Gilad Shalit is therefore a hostage. I think everyone except truly deluded numbskulls recognize this. It must be terrible to be as easily duped as the idiot in Brisbane. I don't think he's capable of getting his head around anything factual. I'm pretty sure he has no problem at all getting his fist around a whiskey bottle, though.
34. Ya mean we got the wrong guy?
Steve ,   USA   (03.22.11)
Ya right! LOL
35. Gilad Shalit also suffers and has been isolated for 3 years
Ariel   (03.22.11)
Hamas should release him before any gesture from Israel!
36. Why would Hamas want him back he moved to Ukraine
Bloodyscot ,   Dallas, Texas   (03.22.11)
He is worthless to Hamas now, even to kill to keep quite if he knew anything. His wife and 6 children are Ukraine citizens and he trained there for 10yrs before returning to Gaza to work and just returned back to Ukraine to become citizen.
37. Hanyeh & nasrallah the main trash in this neiborhood - t
jo   (03.22.11)
they stink already. the norm for their kind. --- hamas rules? let's see what happen if we use the same shitty rules. NO Shalit, NO sisi. This pile of excrement called palis human rights was allowed by some Israeli jerks to see their Sisi.It is obvious that hamas doesn't have the same type of jerks we have in Israel. results, NO Shalit.
38. All human rights...
Yitzchak ,   Tel Aviv, Israel   (03.22.11)
given to Gazan prisoners SHOULD BE IMMEDIATELY REVOKED until Gilad Schalit HAS THE SAME RIGHTS!!!
39. Sarah B
cfs ,   Fr and Dz   (03.22.11)
Maybe i am wrong, perhaps i am right: You are in custody too, in the one of the zone without light and heat for the sense. Like me i was before and sometimes i re-experiment unfortunately until it will disappear by working on myself, it is human. Nothing is lost, there is a solution for you, you have to do a big and long way with yourself to find the truth, the exit or whatever you need, i.e. look in the past and organize it, find questions and you will have half of the answers or all the answers, find marks and create projects and others things (I don't know your history). Good luck.
40. What about Gilad?
Ezer   (03.22.11)
Can't feel sorry for this guy. He is staying in a five star, compared to poor Gilad Shalit, rotting in Aza.
41. my oh my. cry baby. into the dungeon until shalit freed
ralph   (03.22.11)
42. Mosad - please kidnap me!
Jerusalem Girl ,   Jerusalem   (03.22.11)
In the Ynet hebrew edition the reporter write that Abu Sisi lost 4 kg already. Please, please, please kidnap me. The summer is coming and I'm realy trying to lose 2 kg in order to look good in my bikini. think about it - 4 kg in one month. it's more then what my Gym instructor is promising me. ;)
43. mossad says ... I'm mosad???
what? ,   il   (03.22.11)
44. #18 - you mean "more than other populations"?
William ,   Israel   (03.22.11)
No, you have no rights beyond what everyone else has. That being said, you've just shown your human rights here today - the right to information, the right to express your opinion. One would hope you actually work and have friends, so you have the right to desired employment (if available), to freedom of movement, and to education. You receive healthcare (sometimes within Israel). And despite all this, you claim you have no human rights because you're stopped from freely committing war crimes and terrorism. Yes, a sad day to be a "Palestinian", indeed. I believe I can hear a Darfurian widow crying for YOU.
45. #28 - so, if Gilad is a prisoner of war...
William ,   Israel   (03.22.11)
then you must agree that Hamas needs to adhere to the conventions of war and allow him ALL of the rights due to a POW...the same that Hamas prisoners receive in Israel, right? Rob? You there? Ah, gone back to silence again once the plight of Gilad Shalit is mentioned, or the years of verifiable Hamas war crimes.
46. #42 - "10 days to a thinner you...through interrogation"
William ,   Israel   (03.22.11)
Sure to be on Oprah's top ten must reads for the Summer of 2011.
47. #43 - yeah, he had a plastic decoder ring and everything
William ,   Israel   (03.22.11)
besides the special handshake, this is how Mossad agents know each other.
48. #28 Quite Believable
BEN JABO ,   ISRAEL   (03.22.11)
How about al those planes loaded with civilian’s that were hijacked by Palestinian terrorists, their escapades went on for years ? One thing is for certain, there must have been more than one engineer on board all those plane There are fairly comprehensive details if you just Google for them One landed in Uganda, others in Lebanon, you have a very limited sense of recall Achille Lauro, a cruise liner, hijacked by your terrorists and an old Jewish passenger, Leon Klinghoffer, was shot and shoved overboard How about you understanding some of the disasters you have created Let's not forget the 4 planes that were hijacked, all with civilian passenger, two crashed into the WTC, one into the Pentagon and the fourth into a field in Pennsylvania
49. why did he seek citizenship in the ukraine, when...
eporue ,   europe   (03.23.11)
he was so indispensable in gaza ?
50. suffering from gallstones? put him on a low fat diet,
ralph   (03.23.11)
that does the trick. blood thinner requirement, why? that also has no symptoms. want quick freedom? get your hamas friends to free shalit. want to rot for ever? do nothing about shalit. what shall it be?
51. Shalit insanity
Joe ,   Boston MA USA   (03.23.11)
They really have you guys focused on the internment of one solider that the Isralei leaders could care less about (even his father has stated as much) except for his value as a propaganda piece. I have never seen such a successful propaganda campaign. Israel kills people in Gaza virtually every day and all you can think about is Gilad Shalit
52. #51 Joe - Boston
BEN JABO ,   ISRAEL   (03.23.11)
Ever hear of Audie Murphy, or Sgt.York, They were your heroes, these are ours As you next project look up "Pidyon Sheviuim", which we as Jews hold to be as holy as if it were a Commandment Then you'll understand what it's all about, maybe ? The USA is still looking for MIA"S from The Korean War and has expended great sum in trying to locate them or their remains No man is left behind, if we can help it People in Gaza get killed because they're asking for it, by shooting at us on that same daily basis It's tit for tat, with interest
53. to Salma 25
john Darren ,   cairns-Australia   (03.25.11)
Hizballah and Hamas are as one-their leaders hide in bunkers and dress up as women and run when the fighting starts.Did you loan them your burqas? Since when is Ramallah in"Palestine" you donkey abusing lier.
54. Salma, Hamas is so Very Very Right
Israelit ,   Israel   (05.13.11)
And you will be so VERY, VERY covered up under their rule. Sharia law, burqa, polygamy, all the charm of the medieval life-style expoused by Hamas.
