He's not a member of the parliament of Norway, but the "Sami-peoples assembly" This is a poeple assembly for the members of this native group. Secondly, it was shown he had not been a paying member of his "party" for years, so they could not expel him as they wanted. And as all elected officials in Norway is elected as persons not representatives for a party, that means he needs to resign himself, no-one except the voters can forcefully eject him.

I am English and share your doubts. Our media is controlled by the BBC whose left-wing anti-Israel (at all times) agenda has now become the accepted truth. I find it shocking as I automatically don't trust the BBC and find real truth elsewhere.
