I tend to think that Katsav is guilty but am not sure. Mostly my opinion is based on the press. I heard what sound like lies and extortion on both sides, but I was not in court to hear the full evidence. So I propose to look at it mathamatically. No evidence no witnesses 100% chance of being innocent. One witness, 1:1 = 50% innocent Two witnesses 1: 2 = 33% innocent Three witnesses 1:3 = 25% innocent Isn't 25% reasonable doubt?

As religious people would you prefer if Katzav was given the Torah prescribed punishment of death for his adultery. Katzav was said to have a preference for young attractive women for his interns. That's not the actions of a man who fears God but a man who used his public office to meet women outside of his marriage. You think an injustice was done to him? What about his wife that now knows his pretentions to piety and family life were a charade?
