31. Why is erDOGan so silent?
Eli ,   Yerushalayim   (03.24.11)
He only cries if terrorists get what they deserve. Civilians are not at his agenda.
32. Obama
Israel Israeli ,   Tel Aviv   (03.24.11)
Gaddafi is supported by more than half (probably 75%) of the Libyans. Gaddafi gave up on his nuke program and was destroying his chemical weapons. He used force against a military uprising where the rebels used rockets, missiles, tanks and aircraft. Assad leads an apartheid Alawi regime that is supported by about 5% of the population. He oppresses not only his own people, but also Turks and Kurds who are subject to cultural genocide. Assad is actively developing nukes, has tons of chemical weapons and is occupying Lebanon. Assad is shooting peaceful protesters. Now the tricky part: will Obama launch a surprise attack to force regime-change against the far-worse dictator Assad? Or did Obama launch the attack on Gaddafi so he would have an excuse to let Assad murder his opponents? We all know the answer. The question is how could this madman become the most powerful man in the world?

Mark from Georgia ,   USA   (03.24.11)
What are you talking about, your just an Arab, Whether you call them Syrian, Egyptian, Lebanon, Jordan etc., your all Arabs. What do you think Palestinians are? You speak the same language, you have no distinct culture? Most came there recently within the last 120 years. They came for the jobs the Zionists (the Jewish people) created. That's the facts, and supported by the census taken during the Ottoman Empire. So this issue is beyond debate, it's a fact. While dictators should be in the trash bin of history, don't hold your breath. Because in most of the region, where these protests are taking place, nobody even knows what form of government will replace these guys. Libya is a classic example, today I just heard them name person (who I suppose they are talking about leading Libya). So you don't know whether it will be a democracy, theocracy, military dictator etc., so what are you so proud of? In fact don't be surprised if Gaddafi survives as the leader. What do you think he'll do to his enemies in Libya? Oh, that's right, you get to vilify Israel? Frankly, the chance you'll have any country is getting more and more distant. When the world looks around all they see is a people who kill each other. Who seem incapable of even running a country. BTW, look on any modern map, all I see is Israel not Palestine? At this point that's only a dream, and you may wake up and find out, that's all it was!!!
35. Looks Like The Dictatorial Grip

36. Assad,Gaddafi: can't trust their own,use foreign mercenarie
Joe ,   Canada   (03.24.11)
To do the dirty work of killing their own people, the likes of Assad, Gadddafi & Ahmadinejad prefer to rely on mercenaries who have no second thoughts before murdering innocent civilian victims of the dictator's will to remain in power. Leaders of Hezbollah & other such criminal organizations won't have many place to take refuge when their employers are brought down by their own people & the time this happens seems to get nearer.
37. Syria butchers
not surprised ,   ny us   (03.24.11)
UN: "we strongly condemn" HRW: We deplore Btselem: this is outrageous Oh, wait a minute. These are Arabs/Muslims killing each other? The Jews/Israelis aren't doing it? Never mind the original comments - we really don't care since it wasn't the Zionists who were doing it.
38.  15 16
anton ,   istanbul turkey   (03.24.11)
syria wont be treated like libya they dont have oil :D i am surprised to see west care this much about libyan civilians to intervene i hope it wouldnt be unfair to call west bunch of liars for their selective missions 16 be carefull before callin turkey genocider you might get that label easily in future for wiping off pals slowly, but i would put my bet on iranians i think they will get the it before you do
39. Long Live Free Kurdistan, liberate it from Turks
(03.24.11)
Turks whose ancestral home is in Central Asia are the last to have a claim to any part of Asia Minor. They illegally occupy Cyprus, Iskender/Hatay, Anatolia, Armenia, Constantinople, Thrace, Smyrna Kurdistan, Ionia. Instead of Libya the US, Europe, NATO should attack Turkish occupiers of Asia Minor and return the lands to its rightful dispossessed Owners, Christians and Secular Kurds.
40. 38 anton
LION OF ZION   (03.24.11)
At last you have agreed THE WEST ARE ONLY INTRESTED IN OIL & HONEY MONEY,and this is the reason why they are supporting the Palestinians andc ther Arabs against the JEWS & ISRAEL. EUROPE = BUDANAS
41. Hizzbullah doing the work of Assad haaaaaaaaaa

Like Assad needs Hizb to do his dirty work, this is total propagada by Israel and their other arb puppets like Saudi arabia
42. haaaaaaaaaa Assad Al Wahsh, no one wants to help
(03.24.11)
The Alawite minority of Syria the Al Wahsh Dictator family comes from is too small to man all the important security apparatus positions and needs to resort to Hizbullah mercenaries to quash the revolt of the other 90% majority in Syria. LONG LIVE FREE AND INDEPENDENT KURDISTAN
