31. kick 'em out
adam ,   new york, ny   (03.25.11)
why doesn't Israel just kick out a few of these news outlets to let them know that if they won't tell the truth they will tell nothing at all. And this isn't about appropriate criticism or silencing journalism, it's about journalists, primarily Europeans but CNN as well, who put their own spin on events to further a political goal. Kick out the BBC, and only Hamas would shed a tear.
32. That's fine for now. We are being made
Israeli 2   (03.25.11)
fun off because we (our leaders) are cowards and indecisive. Soon, someone in Israel will say: "Enough!" He will irradicate them as vermin Then, Reuters may come back and report all they want about an "Israeli Strike" that ends all conflict.
33. Hypothesis
Jerrold Cohen ,   Seal Beach, USA   (03.25.11)
A radical Jewish settler did this, knowing it would be blamed on the Palestinians, and the IAF would bomb Gaza. Prove to me that I am wrong.
34. 5. R u kidding me?
Enough!   (03.25.11)
ur ridiculous. WE all know who did it! Palestinian Terrorist Animals! We will NO longer be silent and patient!
35. Terrorist or not?
Ibrahim el Awal ,   Dearborn Michigan   (03.25.11)
President Obama does not like the word terrorist, but he used it to describe as terrorist attacks the one in Jerusalem. putin did the same. Reuters is an Arab/Muslim propaganda machine which made many "mistake" in the Lebanon war.
36. Reuters contradicting themselves
Aron S. ,   BaGola at the moment   (03.25.11)
First they say it is not up to them to say who carried out an attack, then they identify the attackers as "Palestinian" because it is "clear" to them in the "local context" that this is who was being blamed though according to Reuters themselves nobody else said so directly. Are these not contradictory statements?
37. Reuters caught again telling " their version" of " truth "
Abraham ben Jacob ,   Canada   (03.25.11)
Like Reuters official is correct when he stated ......" "We have used the same approach for years ". Reuters, and CNN, BBC, have been skewing the truth for years, and getting away with it.
38. Reuters- "we used the same approach for years" - LYING works
Abraham ben Jacob ,   Canada   (03.25.11)
Reuters has purposely been mis-representing the truth again and again regarding Israel. That is called plain lying and it works for Reuters.
39. Reuters caught red-handed for "impersonating a news agency"
Abraham ben Jacob ,   Canada   (03.25.11)
However, Reuters seems to have no shame for their callous dis-regard for the truth in reporting when it involves Israel.
40. Kick these NEWS "free loader" lyers out to Syria
Abraham ben Jacob ,   Canada   (03.25.11)
41. A turk once told me when you target civilians it's terror
Sean Greene ,   Pasadena, USA   (03.25.11)
It is only a military strike if you hit a military target. If you target civilians it is murder and terrorism. This is what he told me. I agree with him.
42. I don't get it. If they call it a...
Hillel1952 ,   Mountain View CA USA   (03.25.11)
"Palestinian strike," then they are blaming the Palestinians. So the question isn't who's to blame, it's about the definition of terror. If a bomb intended to blow up a civilian bus isn't terrorism, then what is? Reuters = antiSemitic liars, sophists, twisters of truth. They deserve to be stricken.
43. Distorted "news"
Rick S. ,   USA   (03.25.11)
Israel should tell the "news" services and reporters that if they continue to distort or sanitize their reports, they will lose their credential and not be permitted to operate in Israel.
44. They are in bed with pallywood ....its a love affair!!!
rachel ,   usa   (03.25.11)
45. Reuters is largely owned by Kuwait
John ,   US   (03.25.11)
46. To coment #5
Fernando ,   TX, USA   (03.25.11)
To #5 Ricardo Macher , Karnei Shomron IL "Can't even be classified as a terrorist act until the police finish it's investigations" I don't know on what world you live on, buton this worldwhen somebody lives a bag with 1-2 lbs of explosives and full of other metal nails or pelletsin a telephone both next to a busy bus stop to blow up to kill and injure as many inocent civilians as possible, you don't need a police investigation to know rigth a way that it is a terrorist attack. About talk and dialogue is the best answer maybe when the IDF catch the terrorist murderers that butcher the Fogel family they can send you to talk to them and have a nice dialogue.
47. Ari of the Golan
to a great guy   (03.25.11)
straight to the Knesset. You'll have our votes providing you don't suddenly become a meek self righteous quiet little lamb as so many of them do. But don't leave the Golan as all of you there, are the best we have.
48. It's a war: us against them: them= friggin' world!
tom ,   tel aviv   (03.25.11)
49. next time
DC ,   Bucarest   (03.25.11)
.....the bus station was an attack perpetrated by friendly Martians
50. # 3
S   (03.25.11)
CNN, Reuters and the like are appeasing terrorists (and thus enticing them) for fear that if they will not spread the lies (fake pictures, stage scenes, etc.) they will be the targets of the "freedom fighters" (terrorists) for not supporting their sices of the [media] war. CNN, Reuters, and the like are everything but credible news agencies.
51. Regardless of WHO did it....
Jacob Erickson ,   Holon, Israel   (03.25.11)
Regardless of who did the attack wether it was Hamas or the Sesamae Street puppets, it was a terror attack. It was an attack on a civilian population with the sole purpose of creating fear and killing civilians. That makes it a terrorist attack, not matter who does it.
52. Terrorism or Resistance against Illegal Occupatiion
Elias   (03.25.11)
It makes no matter either way. Reuters only ever report the news as is, without any political bias. Maybe the Israeli media should do the same, rather than follow their government line like mindless sheep.
53. Like CNN we need to catch Reuters admin in anti semitic rant
YV ,   Israel   (03.25.11)
54. was 9-11 a militant attack?? was the london bus bombings
YV ,   Israel   (03.25.11)
"militant attcaks"...bali?....india?...chechnya?....iraq?.... No they were terrorist. Only with israel its militant. maybe reuters and bbc would have a different vgiew if terrorist bombed their buildings and staff, bet it wouldnt be "militant". would it
55. Ahh well!
Janes ,   Herzeliya   (03.25.11)
And they say Jews control the media!
56. #3 BS, is it now?
Roman ,   Lod, Israel   (03.25.11)
So who dunnit, Persian CAT? Was it Mossad? Lone operatives copying Palestinian terror cell tactics to pin the blame on, well, the same people who codified and systematized bus bombings, club bombings, suicide bombings of all stripes and shapes and colors, children with bombs included? If "BS" means that we ignore the relevant facts if an Israeli is the one spelling them out, then we have a problem here. And that problem itself is the BS.
57. "We have used the same approach for years" - damn right...
AJS ,   Austin, TX   (03.25.11)
Rueters' approach has been one of romanticizing the murder of Jews and flirting with the downfall of the West. Awful people defend awful people and Rueters news corps are at the bottom of the scum bucket.
58. Journalistic Objectivity
Daniel Weltman ,   Yad Binyamin Israel   (03.25.11)
Of course, we Jews have seen this before: Gas chambers =Resettlement Lovely new home for Jews = Thereisenstat Arbeit Macht Frei (work camp) = Auschwitz The list goes on and on...
59. #8 the press should be "tolerant" of terrorism?
Sharona ,   Jerusalem ISRAEL   (03.25.11)
Novel approach. Absurd and ridiculous as well. I am sure if Jews blew up a bus in Ramallah is would be called terror. And yes, many Palestinians are terrorists or terrorist supporters or wannabe terrorists. Car sales are up in Ramallah. Are they going to use them for transportation or as car bombs? No one knows.
60. There goes unbiased reporting
Paul ,   Israel   (03.25.11)
Reuters is sacrificing its credibility for ratings and in order to appease the anti-Semitic Left. Ratings, however, are fickle things, but once you lose your credibility, you can never get it back and the long term damage is irreversible. Kinda like Harakiri. Will enjoy watching their demise.
