1. The photo of the protester with the bloodied mouth
seadog1946 ,   InTransit, USA   (03.27.11)
should be deleted... so close to the Jewish Sabbath it conjures images from the "protocols of the learned elders of zion".

Abe Gonzales ,   Del Rio, Texas   (03.27.11)
6. So pagans doen'st deserve respect?
Moise   (03.27.11)
When will you treat people the same way you wanna be treated? every one deserve respect, Jewish or not. Stop this supremacist and racist behaviour!!
7. much ado about nothing
lmao ,   tel aviv   (03.27.11)
these illiterate haredim are proven wrong by science yet again, but they continue to march blindly on following their ignorant "rabbis"
8. #5
Golan ,   Modiin   (03.27.11)
They do not know the difference between ha'avoda and avodah zarah, but they are not pagan. And they are not haredim but Hassidim who are idolators of their rabbis. (but that is another fight between misnoygdoim and hassoidoim)
9. strange
Israel Israeli ,   Tel Aviv   (03.27.11)
They riot when 1500 year old "human bones and skulls are rolling like manure in the field" but collaborated with Sharon to desecrate the tombs of Gush Katif.
10. Ignorance
Israprof ,   Jerusalem, Israel   (03.27.11)
Most Haredim are very ignorant of the ancient history of Canaan. They know virtually nothing of science such as archeology or anthropology. They are steeped in superstation, ignorance, and even idolatry. They are a growing problem indeed.
11. so the ultra orthadox should feel right at home
Avi ,   Israel   (03.27.11)
12. So as long as they're not Jews.........
Mike Carmel ,   Rishon le Zion   (03.27.11)
.....then it's presumably OK then is it for their skulls to roll around a field? This racism really is becoming completely intolerable.
13. #1 it must be in your sick imagination

14. I don't care what the Bible says.
noa ,   israel   (03.27.11)
A dead body is simply a dead body, no longer a person.
15. SINCE WHEN ARE THE IGNORANT HAREDIM jEWISH?
stude ham   (03.27.11)
tbhis proves that the haredim really know nothing and therefore wouldn't know jewish from goyish.
16. Were There NO Pagan Jews?
Orly ,   Jerusalem, Israel   (03.27.11)
We have always been a fractured nation with varying wayward groups that did not agree with and or abide by Jewish law. Must I give a contemporary example? Nevertheless, while in a court of law such a person may be treated as a Gentile, Jewish law has always seen these people as Jews, the holy chosen people, nonetheless. Is there any reason to believe these Pagans were not Jews?
17. To #8 - What's the difference - they're all sucking the life
Abe Gonzales ,   Del Rio, Texas   (03.27.11)
out of Israel - and you're the friar who's letting them do it.
18. Oy Vey, is a Dinosaur buried there?
David ,   Bolibanania   (03.27.11)
According to them, dinosaur doesn't exist. Check who is investing in the building, there you'll find the real RELIGIOUS care for the graves.
19. A power struggle
Michael ,   California, USA   (03.27.11)
I doubt those Haredi demonstrators are motivated by religious zeal, unless you call being anti-government such "zeal." This is their power struggle for domination of the State, for turning Israel into an ignorant country stuck in the dark ages, actually for the destruction of Israel. It's a straight line in history to today from destruction of the Maccabim by Rome in consequence of a betrayal.
20. That is hillarious!!! G-d has reigned.Torah Asur!
Josh   (03.27.11)
The very fact that people would risk life an limb based on an official postion that the spot was a Jewish burial site attested to by know-nothing "authorities" who claim mangod powers of time travel. The ones who said they stood somewhere and knew it all thousand of yeras ago. The ones who deny corruption every happened to Torah and claim what they say is "Torah". Have they now found themselves standing over pigs and those who lay dead long long ago with them. Do they find themselves in folly of praying to these dead assuming they were family when clearly this is not the forfathers we know loved ONe G-d. Did they pray the bones for miracles, like some golden calf. Lay a plate out so these could give a blessing of a good year? Ony G-d. ONE! It is just funny how these twists of the One of Israel mocks the mockable.
21. Truth of the matter
Ari Ben Cannan ,   Israel   (03.27.11)
This has nothing to do with the graves. I remember back in 1993 when I was working on the site with similar protests, but the root of the problem was that one of the main contractors did not want to pay off the rabbis. The rabbis threatened retribution and as a result every few weeks they would come and jump in front of the tractors, underneath them and into the scoops along with the occasional sabotaging of equipment. Classy!
