The best situation to fight the terrorists is to first have a cease-fire. Then swap prisoners. Then make a second war in Gaza to push Hamas leaders into exile. That way you will have reoccupied the Gaza Strip cutting off terrorists completely and Hamas will continue to function in exile as a powerless government. Hamas will not recognize Israel so you have the peace process stalled forever. Finish
