1. No excuse for brutality.
Elsie. ,   Gush halav   (03.28.11)
Mr Moore, everybody, independent of who they are or where they live ,have the right to live in peace, this is not a given right just to one group.
2. Real problem: Helen Thomas is a typical liberal journalist.
Chaim ,   Israel   (03.28.11)
This article is excellent. The reason why Israel is subject to highly negative biased reporting is simple. The media, in the Democratic West, is overwhelmingly liberal. Jew hating Helen Thomas is a typical liberal journalist. The only notable thing about Thomas' Jew hating rants is that Thomas said in public what most liberal journalists think and/or only say in private.
3. Awesome quote
Jacob Erickson ,   Holon, Israel   (03.28.11)
“I see Palestinian neighborhoods all over Israel, what is the problem with Israelis having neighborhoods (settlements) within Palestinian areas?” I'm going to use this in my debates.

right to live a peaceful existence without Islamist terrorists' brutality hidden by the smoke and mirrors of their international acomplices. We will no longer be silent. Am Israel Chai.
6. Thank You Mr. Moore!
G. Fränkl ,   Budapest, Hungary   (03.28.11)
And the biggest asset of your support is that - rightly and proudly for you personally - simply can't be demonised, sneered or slandered as a "hater" of Muslims, or Arab people(s) - clear rubbish - which the opponents/haters of ours hurl in our direction. I thank your courageous stand in a generally sick and detached world.
7. Spot on
Yael ,   Modiin   (03.28.11)
Wonderful article. I am sure the students at Liberty are fortunate to have such an erudite pastor. Israel needs friends such as Prof. Moore who see the real facts on the ground.
8. Thank you Prof Moore

Now please get this piece published in the mainstream US and European media.
9. thank you for your heartfelt support
jason ,   tel aviv, israel   (03.28.11)
i, and i'm sure all of israel, appreciate it very much. sometimes it seems a nation which has so many reasons to be proud of itself, it is beneath it to take this "marketing" message to the world. and then the brunt of the modern world and all its false trappings beg the question, how can we not defend ourselves on the same turf against the libel and hatred that is being directed against us?
10. " La Ronde "When is it going to stop ?
joe   (03.28.11)
Sarkozy, Camerone, Berlusconi, Zapatero, Merkel, Putin; and others, all stupid or worse. Together they could stop the stranglehold the media has on our societies. Under the guise of " politically correct ", " freedom of expression ", " freedom of speech ",They run the countries you were elected to run.; unless of course the press elected you, and not the Free people ?.The only mistake America made, a catastrophe, named Oama. Born, bred, educated as a muslim, he picked " la creme de la creme " for advisors; Louis Farrakhan, Jeremiah wright. Two criminals by world standard; They hate America, they hate white men, they hate jews, they hate freedom. You can imagine the advice OUR President is getting. And we just sit, wring our hands, lament the state of our country, the world, instead of puting our heads together and fight for the plum jobs you were elected to, lke the Governors of New Jersey and Wisconsin.
11. Fog of bias?
Chas. ,   Los Angeles   (03.28.11)
The real fog is that created by Israel. The fog of deception, lies, and propaganda. Israel is a nation of the deluded.
12. #11
Ellen ,   Netanya/NYC   (03.28.11)
Chas--you are so consumed by your own hatred and so taken over by the lies promulgated by the super lefties and Palestinian propaganda machines that you didn't even READ the article. The author is NOT an Israeli, he is an American Christian who is writing about what he saw and experienced while in Israel. He has nothing to do with the Israel government or her population. I feel sad for you. It is difficult to function when one is so consumed with hatred.
13. There are none so blind... (as this author)
R Coyner ,   usa   (03.28.11)
Does he really believe that Arabs can live anywhere in the Hly Land, just as Jews can? He, like many so called Christians, is blinded by his biblical allegiance and is not looking at this from a moral perspective. If he opens his eyes, he will see the brutality of a never ending military occupation, the oppression of the occupied people ( the Arab despots can learn from the Israeli military how to keep a repressed people under their boot heel) and a growing system of apartheid. Does he not see (or chooses not to) the criminal and terrorist acts perpetrated by the Jews in the West Bank against innocent Palestinians as a policy of "price tag"?
14. Grateful to Prof. Moore
Maurice ,   LA, USA   (03.28.11)
Very objective analysis that correctly identifies the aggressor.
15. Enlighten us
Maurice ,   Los Angeles, USA   (03.29.11)
Give us a concise analysis of statements or are you just another Israel haters who is cannot explain his position.
16. #13
OG ,   Fort Worth, TX   (03.29.11)
Do you really believe what you write? The Arab Israeli citizens can buy or rent houses anywhere they want in Israel. Check this if you want!! How dare you compare Israel to the Arab despots? Are you out of your mind or are you just a Jew hating liar! Maybe for you the biblical perspective means nothing, but for millions and millions of people it does! Religion is one of the engines of the human society, no matter what you think about it.
17. Evangilical you see and lear what they want you to see and l
Samir ,   Ramleh   (03.29.11)
Where do you see Palestinian neighborhoods all over Israel? There are none, if you see any those are remnants of old Palestinian villages that because of deliberate policies were never integrated into the water or electric grid and that’s why they look like 3th world. Go and visit Lod, is was a major Palestinian city, today is the center of crimes and violence in Israel. Most of its Arab neighborhoods even today are not connected to the electric or water grids. Evangelical, if you really want to learn about Israel, you need to meed with its native Palestinian people and visit the locals where they live. Till you do that, you are just another brain washed evangelical not suited to teach any aspect of our region
18. To #3
James   (03.29.11)
Really? So Palestinians from Gaza and the West Bank are free to move to Israel and build on any open land they feel like? Wow, I had no idea. *rolls eyes*
19. Laughable
James   (03.29.11)
This author claims to be objective??? What a joke. I wonder how much time he spent teaching his "students" about the history of the Palestinians, the nakba, the fact that they were the inhabitants when Jews immigrated from Europe during World War II etc. My guess? He didn't even bother mentioning that stuff.
20. #8 exactly right!
Steve (not 'steve') ,   USA   (03.29.11)
Mr. Moore I agree with # 8 that articles like yours need to get to the 'right' places (leading media outlets). It was openly apparent that little attention and very little time was given to Israeli news. I watch Fox News here in the States (only openly pro-Israel station), but even they hardly mentioned recent events (terrorist acts). Mostly subject to the 'running' marque at the bottom of the screen. Just bad timing I think, the terrible tragedy in Japan and now the fighting in Libya. There was some coverage for terror attack at the bus stop on their 'News Breaks' - ..Reena Ninan is gorgeous ..but I digress...They, like me seemed to be waiting for word of the, 'wrath of God reigning his vengeance down on Hamas leaders throughout Gaza', that never happened. Mr Moore thank you for your help and your support!
21. 11 you are the deluded one
Tanya ,   NewZealand   (03.29.11)
Living in a total fog of Bias, have you been to Israel? read your history books? and not the re-written history books of the Islamists, that they teach in Palestinian Schools and other Arab nations??? I would say you are not living in a a haze but are BLIND DEAF AND DUMB, and lets throw ignorant into the mix.
22. 13.
Tanya ,   NewZealand   (03.29.11)
You are blinded by your own ignorance, i am not a christian or a Jew or muslim for that fact, but having been to Israel several times and having made sure to inform myself on all sides of the coin, i can only say you are totally ignorant and biased and living in a dream world if you think that Israelis are the aggressors and the Palestinians are in anyway the poor ones on the end of this nightmare. i suggest you read some unbiased literature with factual information, have you ever been to a middle Eastern country? the Palestinians live a much better life than most of the people living in Egypt and the like, Get the facts before you espouse such krap.
23. #13-Coyner, do not touch G-D's elects, woe unto you.
mary of Bethany ,   singapore   (03.29.11)
Mr Coyner, quoting u, "He, like many so called Christians, is blinded by his biblical allegiance and is not looking at this from a moral perspective."? what made this man and many others Christians and Jews shines in eternity, after you and many leftist are gone, are their "biblical allegiance". without this "biblical allegiance" that make us fear G-D our Creator, we are no different from animals without souls, (which you fall into this league). Have you been to Israel? (i've been 3 times) Has you seen how much equal rights the israeli arabs enjoy together with the jews, and how they sprout murmurs after murmurs, even when their lives are ten times before than their brethren over at Gaza. Israel even allow Jews-hating arab ministers in their parliament to daily create troubles (like that spiteful woman who promote the flotilla). Which arab nations will allow jews to be in their government bodies as ministers?
24. Response to #13
RC ,   USA   (03.29.11)
Obviously you do not read or understand the Bible, but at least you should study history and you will find the truth; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pmXmFlp9eAs&feature=related God took the Jews out of Israel because of their stiff necked ways but he promised that after a time He would bring them back into the land that he gave them as an inheritance (Exodus 6:4, Genesis 17:21, Amos 9:15, Joel 3, Isaiah 34:5-9). It has happened before our very eyes and yet some people like you just refuse to see it. I believe this generation will see the return of the Anointed One (Messiah), the son (Psalms 2), the right arm of God (Isaiah53), the branch (Zechariah 3:8), and corner stone (Isaiah28:16) that was rejected (Mathew21:42), and after he takes his chosen from harms way (1Corinthians 15:51-54, Luke 21:35-36, 2Thesalonians 2:1, 1Thesalonians 5:9, 2Timothy 2:18, Isaiah 57:1) then the earth shall feel God’s wrath (Isaiah13, Zephaniah 1:14-18, Ezekiel 38-39, Jeremiah 30:24). I recommend you catch up quickly because time is ticking away.

Its good to be reminded we have friends amongst the non-Jewish people. Organizations such as HonestReporting, Camera and others report to have up to 25% Christian subscribers. Thanks again!
27. There are none so blind (continued)
Howard Immanuelson ,   US   (03.29.11)
Actually, R Coyner, you just demonstrated that YOU are FAR more blind than this author. Do you even know what the word apartheid means, or were you just using it for shock value and hoping that no one would question its use? I see only hatred and ignorance in your post. Your attempts to equate the utter lack of freedom found in the surrounding Arab countries to Israel just makes you look like a bomb thrower w/o any real understanding of what you speak. How sad.
28. Prof. of what?
Spengler ,   USA   (03.29.11)
Usually the title of professor is reserved for someone who actually studies something, not a bible.
