31. the more Israel mainstreams the gay agenda
pinchas ,   Massachusetts   (04.08.11)
the more quickly it will deteriorate, become even more divided than it already is, and in short be destroyed from within. Historically, countries with a high homosexual count, and a permissive society, have ended up dead-- see Hellas and Rome as classic examples. Then of course there are the Torah's explicit references to sodomy as an arch abomination which will bring on God's curse. Alas, given the low level of historical knowledge in Israeli schools (not to mention common sense) and given the ignorance of and disbelief in Torah truths in this and many other matters, it is a foregone conclusion that Israel is on the skids . And yes,the trajectory of sexual license and homosexual indulgence may well prove to be the critical factor in its undoing.

34. #33, see what it says about slavery
Ben ,   USA   (04.12.11)
As long as we're asking what the Torah says about homosexuality - the implication being that the Torah says homosexuality is wrong, End Of Discussion - then why don't we ask what the Torah says about slavery? I'll save you the effort. See Leviticus 25:44-46. The Torah says slavery is allowed. Does modern Judaism encourage slavery?
