If you recall the story, an Arab terrorist killed the Jerusalem Arab man thinking he was a Jew. He committed some more mayhem before he was stopped, if I remember it correctly. This fine writer does not know history. The powers at the beginning of the 19th century made peace with the French Restoration; Napoleon was defeated and exiled away.
