Brother of that scumbag wants to see him soon. He should be sharing the jail cell with him, so his wish comes true.
2. Stop reporting this if you've got nothing to share!!!
Talula ,   Israel   (04.04.11)
Why report that he's been indicted if you can't state for what? Even if what he told our intelligence cannot be printed, Hamas still know that he sang - so whatever it is, it's probably not relevant anymore Dumb dumb!
3. Good news for Noam and Aviva Shalit
Salma ,   Palestine   (04.04.11)

BEN JABO ,   ISRAEL   (04.04.11)
Abu Sisi has information, all you have is stale rhetoric Be lady, volunteer to exchange yourself for him, then maybe you'll find have done something worthwhile Though on second thought, who would be stupid enough to take you in exchange?
7. if he's a terrorist, execute him.
moish ,   Jerusalem, Israel   (04.04.11)
he's not going to help free Shalit. It's time for detterrence. Execute this scum and each and every terrorist in prison until they release Shalit.
8. The Brother Has It Right
Mark from Georgia ,   USA   (04.04.11)
To quote the brother of Abu Sisi in the article: "I understand that Israel would not embark on such a complex operation unless it had very important information about my brother" Certainly it makes no sense if they (Israel) made a mistake to cover it up with such a complex and phony story. Of course Israel wouldn't waste their time on nothing. Israel doesn't need to frame a nobody, just to avoid embarrassment. They have admitted ti mistakes in the past. So it appears either this guy is not who he claims to be, or Israel was taken for a ride. What is your gut feeling? Do you think Abu has an anonymous enemy that cooked up this detailed oriented and complex case against Abu because of revenge. Or is he guilty as charged? All things being equal, what's more likely?
9. This will backfire and open the Gate for
reza shah ,   Tehran   (04.04.11)
palestine people to Arrest israeli abroad and bring them to face justice for crimes against the palestine civilan populace

Jewish Warrior   (04.04.11)
Wherever you run, wherever you hide, we will catch you.
12. oh, really
observer ,   Egypt   (04.04.11)
you kidnapped him on the assumption that he holds information on the whereabouts of Shalit. If Israel really brought him all the way to Israeli court, that means it has given up the policy of targeted assassinations which it hasn't. Proof, the day before yesterday, Israel targeted killed three Palestinian activists in Gaza. So, why the trouble of carrying him that long long way to Israel.
13. No uniform :"No Prisoner of War Status"
Roland Seener ,   London England   (04.04.11)

BEN JABO ,   ISRAEL   (04.04.11)
The day that Iran kidnaps one of ours Do you really think that Iranian's will remain immune from Israel doing likewise ? You have been listening to ahMADinejad and the Mullah’s; you have become as nuts as they are
18. Unless he admits its this could be tricky in a court
Bloodyscot ,   Dallas, Texas   (04.04.11)
Without his statement getting direct evidence could prove hard or is 2nd or 3th hand evidence good enough for these types of charges to stick.
19. Execution
Moragh   (04.04.11)
If you're going to execute, start at the top, or how about starting with Barghouti. I don't know where he would fit into the list for execution, but I'm sure Israel will find the right place for his murdering party! And don't forget to go after the scum Kunti hiding out in Lebanon, probbly sharing the bunker hole with Mickey Mouse (nasrallah).
20. #9 nothing new to the Mullahs isnt't it?

23. No, the Werner Von Braun of Hamas.
David ,   Hartford USA   (04.04.11)
"I'm just a rocket scientist. I had no idea that my designs were being used to kill, maim, and terrorize israelis!"
24. To: No. 12
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (04.04.11)
To put him on trial. Believe me, it would have been much easier just to assassinate him. It would have been relatively simple to assassinate Adolf Eichmann (may his name be cursed throughout eternity), but Israel spirited him out of Argentina and brought him to Israel to stand trial. By the way -- "activists?" Is that the new Egyptspeak for "terrorists?"
25. He is a Ynet reader
Pedro ,   Brazil   (04.04.11)
What the terrorist's brother said (" "Israel would not embark on such a complex operation unless it had very important information about ..") is exactly what an Israeli wrote here in the talkback few days ago. Exactly!
26. To: No. 9
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (04.04.11)
That's the last thing on earth the ersatz "Palestinians" are going to do. Thousands of Israelis -- and Jews in the Diaspora -- have been killed by ersatz "Palestinian" terrorists. The Israeli courts would have to operate non-stop to handle all the ersatz "Palestinians" being brought to stand trial for acts of terror. Israel has not committed crimes against the ersatz "Palestinian" civilian populace. You cannot fault Israel -- a sovereign state -- for retaliating against acts of terror threatening its population. Or are you not aware that unprovoked missile barrages and mortar fire deliberately targeting Israeli civilian populations constitutes both war crimes and crimes against humanity? You do, however, raise a very interesting scenario. The Bahai, the Kurds, the Sunni Moslems and the Zoroastrians who have been persecuted by the Islamic Republic could bring your assorted ayatollahs and mullahs to trial for war crimes.
27. Brother Acting Naive ? !
Abdel Karim Salim ,   Jerusalem   (04.04.11)
To quote his brother: " There is a possibility that someone wanted to take revenge at my brother and provided Israel with false information about him." Unquote. Is the brother trying convince people that Israeli intelligence service acted on the basis of unfounded information? Professional intelligence investigates and verifies thoroughly and accurately before carrying out a complex mission !
28. #12 NON-OBSERVER - KNOWS EVEN LESS
BEN JABO ,   ISRAEL   (04.04.11)
Assumption, my foot We had damn good Intel that told us where to find him and what he knew It was merely a matter of bringing him to where he could express his knowledge to the fullest The three Palestinian "terrorist's" in the jeep, combined, didn't have the info this one engineer had Israel wanted to retrieve the cream of the crop, not the crap of the crap Nobody carried him, he had a seat on airplane, until it touched down, and then a four wheeled vehicle took him to where the interrogation was done
29. To #9 - Reza Shah would never have arrested Israelis abroad
Raymond in DC ,   Washington, USA   (04.04.11)
Reza maintained quiet but active relations with Israel for decades. Israeli specialists by the hundreds were active in Iran helping develop its agriculture, infrastructure (ports and roads) and military. Many of the strictures that long inflicted the Jewish (and Bahai) population were eliminated, and both communities did well in his day. (I was there in 1976.) One of the first things the Khomeini regime did was turn over the Israeli station (which I also visited) to the PLO for all the assistance they gave to the "revolution". So Iranians mulling their ongoing plight should know how much Palestinians did to bring that about.
30. thanks for the lecture if there is a Gate it should
palestine Hawk ,   alqods   (04.04.11)
The gate is open and the court will be Jammed very soon
