31. #16 and Ashkenazi Jews are not Jews but Khazars
observer ,   Egypt   (04.07.11)
32. Currently in a state of War
jt ,   washington, usa   (04.07.11)
only a fool would not realize that every Arab country declared war on Israel. Only Egypt and Jordan have signed peace treaties with Israel. According to international law, all of the other countries that declared war on Israel are subject to attack. In fact only the "front line" states even have official cease fires. Israel is amazingly gentle with the countries that declared war. America would have bombed them into the stone age by now.
33. # 3
Birdi ,   Israel   (04.07.11)
Salami, when are you getting married?
34. War between Sudan and Israel
Ameridane ,   Aarhus, Denmark   (04.07.11)
I doubt it very much. Sudan wages "war" against unarmed civilians using Arab tribemen. Where were your protests, Salma?
35. go Israel
jorge stern ,   mexico   (04.07.11)
made us proud again
36. discretion
(04.07.11)
those that need to know ,know.. those that dont discretion would be better maintained
37. No. 9 Howie
NYC Girl   (04.07.11)
You're correct as far as the genocide is concerned. However, the Black population is overwhelmingly Christian and Animist...infidels, as far as the terrorist Muslim government of Sudan is concerned.
38. As with arming Lebanon, Obama again looks like a moron
Dr. L. Brnd ,   San Diego, USA   (04.07.11)
Pressing ahead against furious criticism from Congress with his loony scheme provide arms to Lebanon, the Obama regime was forced this week to cancel further aid as it became obvious that Hezbollah would gain control of them - just as he had been repeatedly warned by everybody. Now we will soon see Obama abandoning his plan to "rehabilitate" the North Sudan thugocracy now that it had (on paper) agreed to leave newly independent South Sudan alone - after decades of genocide. Obama had been planning - again, with furious Congressional opposition - to remove warmonger Sudan from the list of state sponsors of terrorism. The strike on Sudanese arms trafficking will deal another humiliating blow to Obama's bad judgement. This coming on the heals of Syria rewarding the return of the US ambassador by Obama - by launching attacks on pro-democracy forces - AGAIN proving Obama's poor judgement, Obama still fighting off Congress' calls to remove the ambassador. This on the heals of Obama reaching out to Libya's Ghaddafi and removing it from the terrorism list, only to see Ghaddafi launch terrorist war against his own people, resulting in Obama's limp-wristed response (not wanting to admit he was wrong about Libya), and YET ANOTHER demonstration of our idiot-boy presidents incredibly poor judgement. Obama is a threat to America. It goes without saying that Israel should cold-shoulder Obma's plee for it "to take risks for peace" - what, with him in office, as the guarantor of those risks??? Obama's ineptitude, dishonesty and untrustworthiness has placed the "peace process" on hold. His miserably poor judgement extremist ideology can't be trusted. Bibi must wait until the worthless Obama is removed by the 2012 elections. Any attempt to inpose a PA state unilaterally must be resisted by force, because Obama's security guarantees for Israel accepting it are by definition worthlesss.
39. Salma n 3
LION OF ZION   (04.07.11)
Sudan army no match to IDF.
40. International law, @4 etc
Dan ,   Chicago usa   (04.07.11)
Important point that comes up a lot in discussions: attacking a sovereign nation is not against international law, rather it is an act of war. War is not illegal under international law. Supplying arms to a hostile government in order to attack Israel, as Sudan may have been doing, is also an act of war. If Sudan knows the arms are going to Hamas for use against civilian towns in southern Israel, then that IS a war crime - by Sudan against Israel. If Sudan does complain to the UN then Israel may reveal the identities of who was in the car, and that might prove very embarrassing for Sudan and for whichever other nations were involved. Therefore I'm betting Sudan will not complain in the end, just my guess.
41. "democracy"
Jim ,   Dallas USA   (04.07.11)
the above writer is confused. democracy has nothing to do trials to determine guilt. that is a republic, a state operating under rule of law. but, i exercising right of self defense, Israel must sometimes take extra-judicial action to protect its citizens.
42. Sudanese "chased the aircraft away?" LOL!
:-p ,   USA   (04.07.11)
Obviously, Israeli jets weren't deterred. Go going Sudan! Way to go, bringing a knife to a gunfight....
43. and?
craig ,   AZ, USA   (04.07.11)
I think a country gives up its right to complain about being attacked when they finance terrorism all over the world. Israel may have technically broken international law, but this would be one of the cases I would blame the victim.
44. #31
Erudte ,   Australia   (04.07.11)
In case you stopped keeping up with the "Khazars" theory you should know its been exposed as a fairy tale. D.N.A. testing of European Jews has shown they carry the same unique gene as Middle Eastern Jews.
45. Isn't a US aircraft carrier station exactly
David   (04.07.11)
off Port Sudan as part of the US navy deployment for Libya?
46. Wake UP
Eynav ,   USA   (04.07.11)
Did anyone see why the Israelies went after this guy. Well the “story” is he was organizing a shipment of arms that Hamas and Hizbollah bought from the Libyian rebels. All weapons were chemical weapons;, 2000 artillery shells carrying mustard gas and 1,200 nerve gas shells for cash payment amounting to several million dollars . Guess who they were going to use it on………
47. 31 Observer- Y chromosome genetic testing
Stephen in New York   (04.07.11)
Y chromosome genetic testing of male Cohens from diverse groups of Sephardic and Ashkenazi Jews show all closely related. This Khazirs canard so beloved by anti-Semites does not withstand critical analysis.
48. So this tell me that Israel has boots on the ground in Sudan
RichInBoston ,   Boston USA   (04.07.11)
You need forward spotters to accurately target drones. Its very likely that spotter teams had aquired the targets and tracked for a while before authorizing the strike, which if done was order by the highest levels of Israeli government. Israel was/is after something really big and very important. You heard it here first.
49. #33
Jorge ,   Israel/USA/Argentina   (04.07.11)
Who is the hero that wants to be tortured by marrying her?
50. #4 - US is a democracy, and they attacked Iraq
William ,   Israel   (04.07.11)
German is a democracy, along with the UK and France, and they took part in Iraq-actions as part of NATO. I don't recall the many terrorists of the Taliban being arrested by the US rather than bombed by a predator drone. Pretty sure that any one supporting activity which leads directly or indirectly to death of civilians can be killed under Intl law in order to protect those civilians. Even AlJazeera seems to have a half-baked story that points to their guilt is weapons smuggling. and no, democracies do not arrest in order to try criminals. Democracies are foundations of a State in which all citizens of the country have a voice to choose a representative govt. We did just that in Israel - thank you for playing, numb nuts.
51. #3 - isn't there already??
William ,   Israel   (04.07.11)
Sudan, like many Arab despotic nations, still adhere to the Arab league declaration of genocidal war on Israel. That would make Sudan at war with Israel and Israel's actions perfectly legal. But then again, allowing weapons smugglers to traverse your country in order to harm another country is grounds for having your sovereignty violated.
52. #31 - hahaha, DNA research already disproved that
William ,   Israel   (04.07.11)
You would know if you actually excelled in science.... that is, the science of humanity and not IEDs. A long-term DNA study proved that Jews - all of them, even the Yiddish-speaking ones in Brooklyn, carry a gene that ties them back to the Middle East. Always a day late and a dollar short.
53. #41 - those who pretend to "fight" for democracy...
William ,   Israel   (04.07.11)
are often the ones who bastardize the concept of democracy the most, including the Leftist retard above.
54. Khazars
Neil F. ,   Los Angeles   (04.07.11)
Wrong again. But given that a "noted" Professor of Islamic history was claiming on Egyptian TV that Christoper Columbus had two Arabic interpreters with him when he discovered America so he could speak with American Indians who actually spoke Arabic as a result of the Arabs discovering America decades earlier, I'm not the least bit surprised.
55. interesting connection
allan ,   canada   (04.07.11)
This story seems to tie in closely with a report by Debka about a week ago claiming that Iran sent agents to Libya to purchase nerve gas and chemical weapons from the stache that the rebels captured from quaddafi. The report claimed that Iran was planning to send these weapons to Hamas.
56. #37 NYC Girl, You are wrong actually.
Howie ,   Montreal, Canada   (04.07.11)
The people being attacked in Darfur in a genocide by the Arab Muslim Sudan Government are made up of rebel groups, notably the SLM/A and the JEM, recruited primarily from the non-Arab Muslim Fur, Zaghawa, and Masalit ethnic groups. What you are thinking about are the Christians and the Animists in southern Sudan who were also massacred and fought a different war against the Arab Muslim northern Sudan government.
57. #8 NON-OBSERVER
BEN JABO ,   ISRAEL   (04.07.11)
Arab "Nationals" are residents of Saudi Arabia, not the Sudan or any other Muslim country Arabs is a "Generic" term, it doesn't indicate any particular nationality Keep on writing, their's no limit to the extent of your ignorance "Arab people also known as "Arabs" (Arabic: عرب‎, ʿarab) are an ethnic group or panethnicity[12][13][14][15][16] primarily living in the Arab world which is located in West Asia and North Africa. They are identified as such on one or more of genealogical, linguistic, or cultural grounds.,[17] with tribal affiliations, and intra-tribal relationships playing an important part of Arab identity in tracing descendant of a national from an Arab state"
58. This incident is in Israel's back yard.
Israeli 2   (04.07.11)
God bless Israel and the Israeli AF. They reign supreme and can reach anywhere in the world, anytime. This is a simple Police Patrol by the IAF. That's all.
59. source
ahmed ,   iran   (04.07.11)
ego, why not do what has to be done , leave rest to the imaginatiion
60. Let Sudan president Al Bashir queue up behind Gaddafi
Pepe   (04.07.11)
Let Sudan president Al Bashir queue up behind Gaddafi at the UN, the UN human rights watch , Ban Ki Moon or whoever , and let him present his credentials and those of the two notorious arms dealers. When they finish counting the destruction and death created by those four , let us wonder at the UN response ?
