Hamas is internationally recognized as a terrorist organization. Their assets are hidden in endless Chinese puzzle-boxes of shell corporations and the significant assets are offshore, probably in countries which do not have diplomatic relations with the State of Israel. An Israeli citizen would encounter enormous obstacles in attempting to establish standing to sue. Even if successful -- there is a world of difference between obtaining a judgment and enforcing it. It has been conclusively proven that the weapon responsible for this child's condition came from Russia, which is a signatory to various international agreements which prohibit the transfer of weapons to state sponsors of terror and terrorist organizations. You don't sue the terrorists here; you sue the manufacturer of the weapon and you sue the Russian Republic. They are ultimately responsible, and have violated a whole host of laws and international agreements to which Russia is a party.

Ma'avirim Et, Roa Hagezeira!! Especially at this time when miracles are needed worldwide, over and over, may Hashem provide nissim of nissim to Daniel for a refua sheleima, bekarov..mamash! It can only happen to a Jewish people that when a young innocent and unknown boy to all of us, gets involved in such a matzav, that we come together, total strangers, and pray for a recovery - may it come speedily, AMEN!
22. Shimon, resign!
vitenberg ,   France   (04.12.11)
Shimon, give up! resign! The blood of the teen is already on your Nobel prize! You get it four your slogan:" Yeriho and Aza be tehilah" Very nice; you get it fromour worst enemy in Europe:Norway. What use for Israel? nothing! just an encouragement for all the naives, the sicks, who don't dare facing the reality. We pay now, and it's just the beginning! If you are a patriot, and I think so, acknowledge your error, send back your Nobel Prize! You were too much silent about Shalith. Now woth Daniel, that's the limit! Do something! Show you are not a puppet!
23. HASHEM PLEASE HELP DANIEL

25. To: No. 24
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (04.12.11)
Do you mean to suggest that there are those in the world that would not wish this innocent boy to recover? Perhaps you are speaking for yourself. In that case, it is understandable that you would wish to remain anonymous and not indicate your country. Me personally -- if you feel one or another way, come right on out and say it. Take ownership of it. Take "pride" in it. Since you haven't, that makes you a hypocrite. An imbecilic one at that.
26. To: No. 20
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (04.12.11)
What a remarkably callous thing to say! Doctors are always involved in the aftermath of a terrorist attack, because medical intervention is always required. Luck comes ahead of the tragedy, because if this child had gotten off the bus a split second sooner or a split second later ..... a well-mannered young man would let the younger children and/or the female children go ahead of him .... that's luck. Afterwards, it's whatever works best for you. For a great many people, that happens to be prayer. You should respect that. As it is, your complete insensitivity boggles the mind. Mind-boggling -- yes. Surprising -- no.
27. Elohim tishmor al ha'yeled hazeh
Lobo ,   USA   (04.13.11)
May both Daniel and the driver who rescued him fully recover soon, and may those who blew up the bus be destroyed. AMEN.

29. # 20 & # 28

"Pray & ask ahead of a tragedy" Care to expalin what you meant to say Michael, huh? Come on, enlighten us.
30. To: No. 28
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (04.13.11)
No, I didn't. You sarcastically suggested that it was a little late for prayer and that it was up to the doctors and luck. A despicably condescending dismissal of everyone's prayers for Daniel. Shame on you.
