What a remarkably callous thing to say! Doctors are always involved in the aftermath of a terrorist attack, because medical intervention is always required. Luck comes ahead of the tragedy, because if this child had gotten off the bus a split second sooner or a split second later ..... a well-mannered young man would let the younger children and/or the female children go ahead of him .... that's luck.
