I don't know what exactly Bibi said in Hebrew, but saying that their hands will be cut off can be misunderstood as a literal and not a symbolic threat. We all know that hands are actually cut off for stealing under Sharia law in Saudi Arabia and other fundamentalist Muslim countries.
