who will run out of weapons first? If Gaddafi does not replenish his arsenal, he will be out of weapons sooner or later. In the next article an author should tell when it will happen or explain why this cannot be determined.
2. Divide the country until a long term solution is found
zionist forever   (04.21.11)
Gaddafi has his part the country, the so called rebels have their part of the country and a UN buffer zone. Gaddafi would go along with it because he is looking for a way to end the NATO attacks. The rebels will probably go for it because with or without NATO help there is only a limited amount of time they can hold out. It also will create more stability. We know nothing about the rebels or what a post Gaddafi Libya will look like ( it could end up civil war ). Divide the country the west can create reforms and create the institutions needed for democracy. Libya is not Egypt there is no respected body who can act as a caretaker government and help bring political reform. Make those reforms in half the country now and there is something there to base further reforms on. If its done right one day Gaddafi loyalists will look across the Libyan Berlin Wall and say I want some of that. Certainly once Gaddafi is dead his loyalists will be saying we want to reunite the country as a democracy. It may even result in his being overthrown from within his own part the country. It will end the fighting now, help avoid a civil war in future and the oil prices will probably come down again which is the thing the all noble British & French are most concerned about as Libyan oil is a substantial part of their oil needs. The only thing thats really going to be an obstacle to something like this is the western countries who have been talking tough all about how Gadafi must go. It would be a climb down but it woulld bring the stability needed,

Libya’s dynamic stalemate Op-ed: Both sides in Libya war feel victory is the only choice; West will be deciding factor Yehudit Ronen Published: 04.20 - IT COULD ALSO DEVELOP TO A CONTINENTAL WAR, IF THE WEST PUSH IT TO HARD, AND IF NATIONS IN AFRICA TAKE MILITARY PART ON GHADAFFIS SIDE. What has Prof Ronen written that cannot be read in any newspaper or website for the last two months? Without a clue about the international implications of this conflict which are linked to other conflicts her comments are embarassing.

the most precious part of the european participation in the libyan civil war is the "oil of libya", Gadhaffi should divide the oil for him and the greedy europeans!

At the beginning it seemed that the revolt was spontaneous. Now it is clear that the rebels have no popular support and the rebellion's early military successes were thanks to SAS (the UK's terror arm) operations. After unsubstantiated reports of massacres (apparently false) Obama illegally sent his forces to attack Libya in a surprise attack (that must have taken months to prepare). His hope was that by destroying Gaddafi's army, there would be a popular uprising that would let him install a puppet regime to steal money from the Libyans. Instead, the Libyan people saw through Obama's plan and rallied behind Gaddafi to defend their liberty from Western occupation. Now there is a stalemate where a few thousand paid "rebels" backed by SAS and CIA commandos and the most powerful airforce in the world are fighting the Libyan people. Failing to break the Libyan people, Obama announced today that he is sending in armed drones that have been so effective in killing civilians in Afghanistan.

The West has ALREADY sent in "ground troops" AKA "adivsors" which will increase in number as time goes on which will be in favor of the rebels. You have to remember that Obama is a PUPPET of the elites of the NOW. He is as dumb as they come!!! Also, NATO is just a catch phrase for U.S. forces as the U.S. contributes the bulk of money, weapons, and troops to the alliance. They are having to use U.S. drones because Britain and France does NOT have a capability to sustain 24/7 air cover, only the U.S. can do this. But without U.S. carriers, then the best that Obomanation can do is use the drones. ALL M.E. dictators are slated to be removed so the NWO can enforce a One World Government!!! Sorry folks, but I hope Gaddafi wrecks their plans!!! I know he's evil, but the people that are behind his removal are more wicked than he ever thought of being!!!
9. US Bootsd Now on the Ground
Mark ben Josuf ,   USA   (04.23.11)
John McCain decided that the US needed to have boots on the ground. So he unilaterally decided to go and he took his own security force of unknown origin with him. McCain, singularly, has established a US government presence on the ground in Libya. He is a member of the US government. So what happens if he is killed or captured or injured? He has usurped the powers of the US Presidency. Is the US obligated to allow him to be used by Gadhafi? Is the rest of the US government responsible for his safety? Has McCain committed the US to sending in more ground troops? These are not easy questions, and the answer to any one of them could precipitate a US Constitutional crisis. The US has never before had a member of the Legislative Branch start a ground war. Our Constitution reserves the right to declare war to the Legislative Branch. But that was never intended to be exercised by a single Senator.
