Forgetting all other issues like health or religious reasons San Francisco is one city in the state of California and the state does not ban circumcision. If the state doesn't ban it on what legal grounds does the city have to ban something like this? Its not exactly a local issue like do you have to recycle your garbage. What worries me if this bill passes is Europe. The Europeans are trying to ban any religious ritual practices, especially Jewish ones. They have already managed to get meat labeled the animal hasn't been stunned.
