31. YHWH showed me He now indwells the Duchess of Cambridge
Rivkah   (04.29.11)
while before the formal ceremony and legal commitment, YHWH could not enlarge her in His tent or family. That is an important aspect of faith for those who are living together and wondering what the benefit of marrying would be: it is the difference between YHWH's approval of a person as an abode for His Holy Spirit (Ruach HaKodesh, called Holy Ghost at the Royal Wedding ceremony by the Archbishop). The couple has gotten right with their Creator and that is a covering, the highest covering.

Kates mother is 100% NOT Jewish .This has already been researched. The name Goldsmith can be quite English actually.
33. Kate's "Jewish" mother
#23   (04.29.11)
Kate's maternal ancestors included the "Goldsmiths". This is a very old English name and they are a very old English, not Jewish family. Your comment about her Jewish roots bases purely on the name "Goldsmith" are innane.
34. If Eldad would read the news once in a while
(04.29.11)
Then he could know that on May 15th all the arabs are planning an uprising, against Israel. And especially it is on Facebook -one has only to look around at what is going on in the Arabic world today. I think the USA/Israel are good friends. You ought not to bitch about some comments here against the Brit's and their overconsumption of a corrupt monarchy. This same monarchy nearly did all us Jews in 1948 and before. These negative comments are well earned and justified on their behalf.
35. #1: Why on earth are you proud that someone got married?

Why should he be a part of their wedding? It gets old hearing people bring up the race card every time someone disagrees with Obama or Obama doesn't get what he wants. If he was white or any other color he would still be the worst president this country ever had. Finally somebody bumped Jimmy Carter out of first place.
37. In other news, two billion people...
Jewish Warrior   (04.29.11)
have nothing better to do with their lives. HONESTLY, WHO THE HELL CARES!!!!

My friend, I do not like Obama and I agree 100% with you. Leaving Obama in the list of no-invited guess (even that is a private wedding) is very untastefull and is an insult to USA. Nothing to do with Obama, is an insult to USA.
39. now the honeymoon
marty ,   toronto canada   (04.29.11)
A honeymoon in Gaza would be a nice touch to show British solidarity with the Palestinians.
40. #38 - that's a payback to Obama for
Arthur ,   SF, CA   (04.30.11)
removing the bust of Churchill from the White House and making a generous present of unusable CD set to the Brits... Not a fan of the royal family - but glad that they sent a nice message to our usurper-in-chief
41. Jorge / 38
Eaglebeak ,   Left Coast, USA   (04.29.11)
I understand what you are saying Jorge but after the way Obama threw Mubarak under the bus and the way he treats our allies I don't blame Britain for the insult. It does not bother me because even though it is an insult to the USA if you look at it that way , I do not take it personally.
42. #37 Jewish Warrior
Devorah   (04.30.11)
I would be willing to bet most of the two billion who watched the wedding were women. Know why? Because a lot of little girls want to be Cinderella and marry Prince Charming, and I think maybe that is a carry-over fantasy in spite of the fact that we have come a long way, baby.
43. CONGRATS TO WILL AND HIS BEAUTIFUL JEWISH BRIDE!!

46. Jealousy rears its head
Robert ,   Brisbane Australia   (04.30.11)
Who gives a rat's ass what you detractors think? You are all very likely jealous of the millions if not billions of pounds earned by the spectacle obviously enjoyed by many around the world.
47. Obamma was not invited because ..
AB ,   NZ   (04.30.11)
the USA is not a member of the British Commonwealth. Heads of state were invited from all the countries in the Commonwealth but nowhere else. That's a lot of countries. An American diplomat would have been invited. Diplomats from all countries were invited. The American talkbackers here are a bunch of pathetic losers. I hope readers don't think they are Israelis.
48. psalm 122 was sung: it's about Jerusalem
Ken   (04.30.11)
not of interest to the legacy mainstream elite press so we don't hear about it.
49. #31 Rivkah, you left me so disappointed.
Tahl   (04.30.11)
Whatever happened to your apocalyptic prophecy, as supposedly written in the scriptures - that World War 3 would start the day of the wedding, with nuclear attacks on major Western cities? http://www.ynetnews.com/articles/0,7340,L-4060407,00.html Comment #17 After such a thrilling vision, today I was in such a rush to see it all happening. But nothing, nada, zilch... There was a great wedding, and then everybody went home happily. What an anticlimax. And how disappoined you left me. So, I am now waiting for your "oopsie, looks like my doom & gloom forecasts were wrong" admission. This time you won't get off the hook so easily.
50. #38 Chill out
Tahl   (04.30.11)
As you correctly said, this was a PRIVATE event, and as such, the protocol does not dictate you have to invite heads of state, even if we're talking about the American president. Sarkozy, Berlusconi, Medvedev, Netanyahu and even Tony Blair were not invited either, and nobody made a fuss about that.
51. Royal wedding
Marilyn ,   USA   (04.30.11)
It's kind of hard to be too insulted, cause royalty hasn't been our most favorite thing in the past. It's like with it, there are too many sinners and not enough saints. It also confusing cause this is a couple that's been together for a long time. So what's the reason to get married? Let alone have a lavish wedding? Perhaps to me the most plausable explanation is more like the song-what's love got to do it? So yes the bigger the ceremony the more to think over and then try to figure out how these pieces fit together. However it doesn't always totally make sense.
52. Sir Winston Churchill called a Royal Wedding "a flash of
