There are clear videos showing the father and son during this incident as part of a "movie set" with the boy alive and well, raising his head and blocking the sun out of his eyes BETWEEN TAKES as the French & Palestinian film crews filmed the "incident" directly next to an Israeli guard tower that was peaceful and silent. i remember that day , it was published in the newspaper that the IDF killed el dura during exchange of fire between the IDF and the palestiians gunmen i said at that time that there is no proof that the IDF did it he may ve been caught in the exchange of fire but the IDF didnt intend to do it and it is the responsibility of the palestinians to turn a civil streets to a battle field three years i read the final investigations which proved that the IDF have not done it shame on the false propaganda shalom

The official version is that the report was put together by his palestinian cameraman. Enderlin added comments to the images but he never attended the event. He was supposedl manipulated. In reality Enderlin masterminded the whole thing. He put together a fake story in order to harm Israel.

What about medical confidentiality? To release medical files without the patient's consent and to abuse them for political purposes is a most flagrant breach of medical ethics. For this alone the judgment is justified.
