The medical report is conclusive proof of Arab lies. The second piece of evidence is the video. If you go to the website "seconddraft.org" there is a video that proves Israel is innocent. That this whole thing was just Pallywood. Because we get to see the raw footage from 3 different camera's. That is 3 different angle's on the same event, guess what. It looks like the boy was shot in the crossfire. From the angle the bullet could only have come from the Palestinians.

The patient was dead, and could not give informed consent. In releasing the medical records, Dr. Yehuda preserved the truth, and ensured its most appropriate dissemination. There is no breach of medical ethics here, and for you to suggest otherwise is a disgrace to the medical profession.

Dr Yehuda treated Jamal (the father) not the 12-year-old son. Anyway, it would be a nice thing if Dr. Yehuda donated EURO 13,000 to a charity supporting peace between Israelis and Palestinians. That would be a fitting gesture at this point, all things considered.
