Sorry no cigar, both resolutions are meaningless drivel. I already posted David M. Phillips legal arguments why they are meaningless.
As with almost all UN resolutions they do NOT carry any legal weight. Both resolutions are an extension of 242, plus your quote is nowhere to be found in either Resolution 476 or 478. Since they are based on the Geneva Convention article 46 which is where they rely on legal weight, or 1907 Hague convention, they simply do not apply since that referred to forced population transfer, that simply isn't the case in Israel. Case Closed You Lose again.
Sorry David M Phillips laid out all the facts, and demolishes your weak and simpleton arguments. Which are simply restatements of 242.
