As I understand it, the way American targeted kill teams work is that the team leader is "off site". When the target is in the crosshairs the person who has the target in his crosshairs says so and the off site team leader then actually orders him/her to discharge his/her weapon. If the President was watching it is entirely possible that he as Commander in Chief of the United States Armed Forces gave the actual order to "discharge your weapon now". The Americans do it this way so that the soldier/asset who actually kills the target is absolved of the responsibility for having done so. So what I'd like to know is who actually said: "Discharge your weapon now"? Was it the President himself?
