1. Okay, I get it
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (05.03.11)
"Haniyeh said Hamas regards bin Laden's death as 'as a continuation of the American policy based on oppression and the shedding of Muslim and Arab blood.'" But it is perfectly acceptable to slaughter 3,000 Americans by flying airplanes into buildings, is that the general idea? Haniyeh .... you're next.
2. Ismail Haniyeh: Look at You !
Abdel Karim Salim ,   Jerusalem   (05.03.11)
Last month I read in Ynet an opinion-editorial that said one of Haniyeh's nephews serves with the IDF because his mother, sister of Haniyeh,is married to an Israeli-Arab.I wonder if I should taunt him about this ! Or perhaps he should have targeted his own nephew instead of Gilad Schalit ... ! The proverb says people who live in houses of glass should not throw stones ... !
3. Entering a Sovereign state without valid visa 2 commit crime
Ian   (05.03.11)
4. "it could be inflammatory"
RC ,   USA   (05.03.11)
What sensitivity? American politicians need to cut the wimpy attitude already. Most Muslims see terrorists blowing innocent people up around the world and either stay quiet or praise the terrorists. Time to show the Muslims how a murderous terrorist ends up when Americas’ ire is awakened; they can run but they cannot hide indefinitely. Time to take the gloves off and show them we mean buisiness. Show the pictures already.
5. # 1 how to you get this then
Iraqi ,   Iraqi   (05.04.11)
More than million Iraqi were killed for 911 which was committed and admitted by Bin Laden
6. GOODBYE ENTITY
Mark from Georgia ,   USA   (05.03.11)
Thanks Hamas you made my day. Like I wrote when it was first announced by Hamas. They given the world legal grounds to deny the entity (sought by the Pals with an illegal unilateral declaration) that their fraudulent "unity" government was being created for. So I couldn't be happier. We see clearly that the government will not abide by International Law and past agreements. One the most important criteria to even be considered for such an honor. Even Salma at the time, understood the stupidity of such a remark by the Palestinian government, who would be applying for such a status.
7. Political Math
zooog ,   US   (05.04.11)
Haniyeh + Abbas + pro Osama statement = no Palestinian state
8. Interesting
Gee ,   Zikron Yaakov   (05.04.11)
I notice that they say nothing about Fatah that have stated the exact same thing. Talk about wishful thinking.
9. Takes one to know one
Jeremy ,   Canada   (05.04.11)
why is it such a surprise to see Hamas offer condolences? its from one terrorist to another. I would be more surprised if they said nothing.
10. It is refreshing to deal with an honest person
Dan the Jafa ,   Auckland,Aotearoa   (05.04.11)
Mr. Haniyeh fights Western self-deception about "palestinian" "unity" and "partners for peace" and is winning. No wonder US is furious - he exposed them as idiots.
11. Crimes of America
Pedro   (05.04.11)
America was founded illegally and aboriginals’ people are the proof Crimes of America are so many around the world since foundation
12. 9/11
Dov ,   USA   (05.04.11)
As a witness to the trade center bombing I will never forget or forgive the so called humans celebrating in the streets of GAZA. Wake up world HAMAS is as bad as al Qaeda.
13. Unity deal
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (05.04.11)
Any unity deal will see the United States Congress immediately strip funding of the ersatz "Palestinians," Mrs. Clinton's ill-thought comments to the contrary notwithstanding. The United States views Hamas as a terrorist organization, and there are six or seven federal statutes which prohibit funding terrorist groups. The United States administration may say one thing, but it is the Congress that controls the purse strings.
14. #11 Point Well Taken However....
Seth ,   Washington, DC   (05.04.11)
Every single instance where technologically superior societies encountered indigenous societies resulted in conquest and that is true everywhere.
15. thry never miss an opportunity to miss an oppotunity
dovdevan ,   ashdod,israel   (05.04.11)
16. #5 Educate yourself Iraqi
Phil ,   Ireland   (05.04.11)
The latest Iraq war was not started because of any blame for 911. It started because of a perceived potential threat of Saddam Hussein on the West. Your claimed number of Iraqis killed is also open to challenge.
17. The US is furious?
citizen   (05.04.11)
Did the US really expect a different response from Hamas, a terrorist organization? As to releasing the photos - yes, they should be released - if only to stop conspiracy theories. I wouldn't worry too much about the sensitivy issue. Does anyone remember the video of the beheading of the innocment journalist Perl? That was gruesome; photos of bin Ladin being shot will not have the same effect. On the other hand, the US does worry about violent Muslim reactions in retaliation to the killing of bin Ladin and this is their real concern, not so much the photos themselves but the violence that will ensue.
18. Hamas is being honest about its opinions
Clinton wants them ,   to lie for PR.   (05.04.11)
19. What an idiot!!!
Iranian Jew ,   LA   (05.04.11)
He killed his own people just a few months back for having ties with Bin Ladin. Who the hell wants to make peace with this moron or anyone with type of thinking? He just threw all peace talks and efforts to the ocean. USA wake up!!!
20. TO #5 Iraqi
Iranian Jew ,   LA   (05.04.11)
I never liked USA for attacking Iraq even though your leader that you guys used to follow like a sheep attaked my country and killed over 1 million Iranins. I guess you can call it karma. You won't get any sympathy from us Iranians. It's time to start thinking and choosing the correct leaders instead of following any moron that talks about religion and God for sake of killing. What you are going through is result of your own stupidity. America or Israel do what they need to do to protect themselves from the moron leaders you guys keep following.
21. Backstabbing friend
BH ,   Iowa   (05.04.11)
As long as these clueless leftists in the State Dept insist that Israel fund Hamas terrorists, they can spare Israel the fake condemnations.
22. 9/11/2011 will be a good time to release the photos.
Harry Wright ,   UK   (05.04.11)
Let the Taliban wait for it...and all the conspiracy theorists. UBL is dead. The US Seals made sure of that. Whoever do not believe it are free to fabricate their own fairy tales.
23. Bin Laden was responsible for more muslim deaths than ....
Avi ,   Israel   (05.04.11)
Bin Laden was responsible for more muslim deaths than any other leader of any other faith - fact So if thats call for celebration amongst Palestinians then they really have lost the plot.
24. Murked minds at Foggy Bottom
Ilan ,   Ariel   (05.04.11)
I hope the US Foreign policy isn't being run by the stupid wankers. As if they don't know that Hamas and al Quieda are just two flavors of the same bad.
25. Abbass ind Hamas dance to the brotherhood tune
Martin ,   SA   (05.04.11)
What else neither any meaningful say. Hype the bad guy shakes hands with the good guy. More realistic as Abbass cant get away with this charade. He has no mandate except through the Arab League etc brothers? I dont trust this . If Obama cant pull it of this year If voted in next year it will be his first task to compromise Americas best friend by forcing a return to 67 borders. etc Heaven forbid. Please dont trust. A leopard doesnt change hi blotchy spots.
26. US CONDEMS,BUT STILL CONTINUES TO AID THE PA MONGRELS WHO
GLENN ,   YUCAIPA,USA   (05.04.11)
HATES ISRAEL
27. Hillary: Time to Stop Funding Terrorists
Bob ,   New York USA   (05.04.11)
How can anyone take the State Department's remarks about Hamas seriously when the US continues to fund the PA following the Fatah-Hamas alliance? No one should be surprised by Haniyeh's remarks. The failure of the US to changes its policy is what's outrageous..
28. Jewish occupation in Palestine created 1000s of Bin Ladins
GG ,   USA   (05.04.11)
As Jewish lobby in Washington continues to dictate US mideast policies that blindly support Jewish occupation of Muslim holy sites in Jerusalem, there won't be any shortages of Bin Ladins.
29. Modern day lynch mob, tut, tut
Robert ,   Brisbane Australia   (05.04.11)
It was a mistake to summarily execute an unarmed Osama bin Laden regardless of whatever he may be guilty. It was an act that put the US on a par with the victim and will bring consequences. Those viewing the execution from the whitehouse can be compared to ancient Roman heirarchy watching a slave being eaten by lions. .
30. US Furious With Hamas # 14
Adam ,   Zikhron / London   (05.04.11)
# 14 , # 11 would prefer we did not evolve and walked around in loin clothes. Pedro your A Flintstone !!
