If France and the UK have declared they "may" back a unilateral PA state (in violation of previous international agreements) then nothing Israel does can prevent that decision. It would be ridiculous for France and the UK to announce a desire for a PA state and then back down because Israel made further compromises to facilitate that state. That is not how international politics work. Even if Israel surrendered tomorrow to every single current PA demand France and Britain would still vote in favour of a PA state. Because this is not about Israel, it is about appeasing the much talked about “overwhelming moderate majority” in the Muslim and Arab "worlds", which France and Britain wrongly believe can be accomplished by ignoring radical tendencies in much of the Islamic “world“, like in Turkey and post-revolutionary Egypt, and even on the streets of Malmo and London, and by throwing Israel under a bus.
