1. ANYBODY RECOGNIZE THIS?
Ian ,   Newcastle upon Tyne   (05.06.11)
"Article III 1 The Parties will apply between them the provisions of the Charter of the United Nations and the principles of international law governing relations among states in times of peace. In particular: a. They recognize and will respect each other's sovereignty, territorial integrity and political independence; b. They recognize and will respect each other's right to live in peace within their secure and recognized boundaries; c. They will refrain from the threat or use of force, directly or indirectly, against each other and will settle all disputes between them by peaceful means. 2 Each Party undertakes to ensure that acts or threats of belligerency, hostility, or violence do not originate from and are not committed from within its territory, or by any forces subject to its control or by any other forces stationed on its territory , against the population, citizens or property of the other Party. Each Party also undertakes to refrain from organizing, instigating, inciting, assisting or participating in acts or threats of belligerency, hostility, subversion or violence against the other Party, anywhere, and undertakes to ensure that perpetrators of such acts are brought to justice. ....." It's from the Israel-Egypt Peace Treaty. When are we going to see an Egyptian government living up to its responsibilities? When have we ever seen it? THREE CHEERS FOR ISRAEL!!!
2. What do you have to say to this Tom Friedman?
Rachel ,   US   (05.06.11)
Notice how the guy has missing in action ever since all this predictions have blown up?
3. Egypt
Sol ,   Canada   (05.06.11)
Egypt, be careful what you wish for. You are not even able to feed your own people or give most of them meaningful work let alone compete against Israel militarily. Once you start down this road there will be no turning back - you will never be trusted again and will be treated that way. Peace is as much in your interest if not more then it is in Israel's interest. Democracy, peace and prosperity or extremism and medievalism - be careful what you decide.
4. Ignorant And Pathetic
Bill Foonman ,   Jacksonville, USA   (05.06.11)
The Egyptians need to start worrying about their own country, economy and future and leave Israel alone.
5. DOESN'T MATTER SUCKERS
Mark from Georgia ,   USA   (05.06.11)
Qatar has offered to replace the gas at the same reduced rate. How does it taste, suckers!! So Egypt,s hatred by the people will reap a decreased income for the government. One already reeling from high unemployment. Tourism which makes up 12% of the total economy is down big time. In fact people from around the world should boycott visiting Egypt. Until they learn to live like a civilized group, with a new government, that honors past agreements. So let the fools cut off their nose, to spite their face. That's the proper punishment of hatred, in turns inwards, and eats body whole. So I guess this was about hating Israel? Who knows, only hundreds showed up, what's the population in Egypt, 56 million, it seems a few hundred isn't that impressive.
6. Palestinian ethnicity thieves return to Arabia!

8. Egypt To Annul Peace Treaty
Edward ,   Savannah, USA   (05.06.11)
GREAT!!! Israel can take back the Sinai with the gas and oil wells there and that will solve the gas problem. Only THIS time, DON'T GIVE IT BACK!!!
9. To Ian
Luiz Felipe Haddad ,   Niteroi, Brazil   (05.06.11)
Dear Ian, I do subscribe your words. Israel and Egypt, under Menachen Begin and Anwar Sadat, three decades ago, made Camp David's treaty. Because of it, Sinai was given back to her owner, and the two countries changed embassies and commercial relations. But today, outrageously, several Egyptian leaders want to destroy the agreement, in order to hostilize, again, the Jewish State. I hope it will not happen. On the contrary, if a new war occurs, Israel will be legitimated to reoccupy the refered territory. It will be sad, but, also, an act of self defense. Salute from a Brazilian Christian.

RC ,   USA   (05.06.11)
They already decided. Even after the ten plagues they decided to not believe in the God of Israel, and that is why they will have no excuse when the prophecies written about them in the Bible come true.

Frankie Littlehammer ,   New Herstal, TX, USA   (05.06.11)
Now I think the Muslims in Europe and America, and their children, should return to the places where their parents and grandparents were born. Why don't all Arab Muslims exercise their right of return to Felix Arabia? Westerners can't go there already.

20. Silly Egyptians
Koose E Mack ,   Brooklyn NY USA   (05.06.11)
Most of the uneducated rabble want the peace treaties and "normalization" with Israel to end. On the other hand, Egyptians with functioning Brain Cells, want to continue the process. They realize that there is much more to lose than to gain in a war with Israel. Technologically, Israel has helped Egypt in many fields: Agriculture, Electronics, and Medical Science. An end to this relationship would only hurt Egypt. The educated Egyptians understand this...the uneducated street rabble just prefer to should :"Kill The Jews", Jihad, etc... They are typical ignoramii, knuckle walking Islamists.
