I believe there are several Intl laws and conventions governing the safety of children against abuse and exploitation. There is nothing as abusive as teaching kids to hate, stealing away their future, and sending them to fight an adult battle. "Palestinian" mothers always say they wish they had more children to send to kill Jews, but no one ever asks the child. In the heirarchy of their society, men are supreme and women are oppressed, and the women oppress the child, and the child oppresses the dog...and so on.
