Or the massacres and/or expulsions of the Jewish residents of Gush Etzion, Yad Mordechai, Gush Katif or Jerusalem's Old City during the 1948 war. Or the massacres of Jews all around the Arab world, such as the 1941 massacres of hundreds of Jews in Baghdad and Basra, or the massacres of Jews in Libya, Tunisia, Egypt, Yemen, Syria, Algeria BEFORE Israel declared statehood. Or, the mere fact that the Palestinian political leadership collaborated openly and enthusiastically with Nazi Germany including planning with the Nazis to assist Nazi armies invade Palestine and exterminate all the Jews there. The land was not stolen, it was given to the Jews under a signed agreement. The Arabs then fled at the behest of the invading arab armies, who needed a clear route for their tanks and armies. They were encouraged to go to their "brethren" in syria, Jordan and Lebanon, who put them in refugee camps and keep them there to this day. israel did not force them to flee, but encouraged them to stay and those who did enjoy full Israeli citizenship and rights. The so-called refugees gave up any rights when they left here, hoping to return when all the Jews were did. Please stop this stolen land myth.
