When the Arabs and the leftists chant "Death to Jews" it is apparently okay. When a Jew says the reverse it is terrible. When a terrorist kills an innocent the Arabs celebrate--yet all is okay. I think the real objection to these chants is not that they are taking place BUT they fly in the face of the leftist media who wants to give Israel away. The more people who loudly proclaim their support of a strong Israel, the weaker this media will become. I was in the Old City all day, and went through the shuk numerous times as well as through the Damascus gate- none of this happened as portrayed. These were highschool/yeshiva students waving flags, singing "Am Yisroel Chai" there were no riots.

This violent and disgusting behavior on the part of Jewish Israelis is not justifiable, no matter how badly many of us have suffered from war and terrorism. I still firmly believe, as a Jewish Israeli who has lived here going on 41 years now, that we have to keep our dignity and sense of honor, despite all the hate and killing. It is exactly this kind of behavior that inspired a young Jewish right-wing man to kill Yitzchak Rabin, z"l. I love this country with all my heart, and refuse to legitimize Jews chanting songs about murder. It goes against anything a good Jew should believe in and practice.

Islam is a religion that preaches peace and compassion between individuals of a society, regardless of their religions. In the times when Islam's teachings were practiced precisely as Allah and his prophet have taught us, people were never forced into Islam. But actually, many of them converted to Islam because they found in it all what a human being could need from: spirtuality, knowledge and logical proofs which indicate only one thing; Allah is the only god. What many of you may witness from violence that happen allegedly in the name of Islam, are only ways of confusing and misleading people from the truth about Islam. I kindly ask you all before making any false accusation about Islam, to read about it from neutral sources that aren't biased to any regime or any school of thought. I guess blanket statements and discrimination are pretty common among Leftists, it seems. I know many settlers and very few of them speak in violence or act in violence. Many of them are actually in good relations with their "Palestinian" neighbors but that never gets published: 1) because it diffuses your hatred against them in Leftist circles, and 2) Arab terrorists would focus on the coexistence to destroy it, the way Hamas did in Kalkiya, next to Alefei Manashe.
