It was the Clinton administration that GAVE North Korea nuclear reactors and tech for "peaceful purposes". Bush had the unfortunate timing of being president when the seeds of Clinton's idiocy bore fruit.

It's only a double standard if you believe the Iranian regime lives to the same standards as the US and Israel. NOBODY in the Middle East wants Iran to have the bomb, while I doubt many people, even Arabs, lose sleep over Israel's possession of the bomb. Only people who want to do Israel harm are bothered.
