31. Dear J Street delagation ,
Salma ,   Palestine   (06.06.11)
Abu Mazen is in Ramallah ,you are welcome to be here any time: )
32. There's a limit
Teddy   (06.06.11)
There are many things that leaders must do for diplomacy. Meeting with J Street, an organization that is hostile to many holy things that Israel represents. It is an organization that conspires against tIsrael in the name of a phony ideology. How many J Streeteers have spent more than 18 months in Israel? It is an organization that will cease to exist by 2014. It is an organization that identifies with enemies of Israel. It is an organization that has no problem with admitting that it will put pressure on Israel. Netanyahu has done right not to meet with a non-serious organization!
33. J Street's Rep. John Yarmuth
Israel Supporter ,   KY, USA   (06.06.11)
My congressman is the ulta wealthy ultra liberal John Yarmuth. He tells his constituents he backed away from J Street but he goes on this trip? John signed the famous letter calling for the end of the Gaza naval blockade and he wants a return to the '67 borders. He is an Obama opportunist and lucky that the Republicans cannot field a strong opponent to run against him. He could care less about Israel.
34. I BELIEVE
..............DACON9   (06.06.11)
J'J STREEN SHOULD BE TAKEN ON A TOUR... with absolutely no dialogue between ISRAELS and 'j' streeters other then Israelis as instructors showing evidence of arab attacks and museums. NO DIALOGUE IS NESSASARY after the visual tour. thank you DACON9
35. Why come at all?
mba ,   Israel   (06.06.11)
Why come to Israel? To see a beautiful and dynamic democratic country in full operation. Why meet government representatives? Beyond me. Who would travel half way around the world to meet with mediocre (or less) government officials who are at there best biding time and planning how to hold on to their knesset seats for another term. If J Streeters are guilty of something it's not doing their homework about their counterparts in the "Holy Land"
36. you're welcome to keep them, please.
Bless Israel ,   United States   (06.06.11)
37. J Street - 'persona' non-grata? Or at least in official
leo ,   usa   (06.06.11)
government circles? Good. It is the least one can do to fifth column. All people of good will must actively reject these phonies who are bought in paid for with Soros's money.
38. Why not go to Peres?
Ralph Haglund ,   Sweden   (06.06.11)
J-Streeters would be very welcome there.. For someone from Congress not to know what J Street stands for - sorry, what would there be to talk with them about?
39. Salma @ 31, exellent idea. Please, take'em and keep'em.
leo ,   usa   (06.06.11)
40. GOOD
Norm ,   Great Neck, NY   (06.06.11)
Bibi shoots....he scores! Good for you Bibi.
41. Well done Bibi!
Gábor Fränkl ,   Budapest, Hungary   (06.06.11)
I commend you and salute you! This is what a real patriot loving his country does and should do. Jstreet is an emphatical pro-Palestinian, pro-Arab lobby group. It's crystal clear by now. Many Democrat Congressmen and Senators have realized this reality as well. As for Livni and her pathetic, shameless party, with the exception of a few isolated MKs, are practically traitors and backstabbers of Israel. It's high time the wider Israel public caught pu on this sadly perverse reality, too. Again, I wholeheartedly support you PM Netanyahu! Keep on the right path and protect Israel.
42. Jstreet traitors
Michael ,   Canada   (06.06.11)
This delegation shall be refused to inter Israel.
43. Ben-Amy is another Goldstone, enemy of Israel
Dan ,   USA   (06.06.11)

rahamim ,   33071 fl usa   (06.06.11)
Bibi ,good job ,and please remember we also have J-Call in france, the same S....
45. Yikes! No J Street backers reading Ynet except for Salma?
Brian Cohen ,   Judean Peoples Front   (06.06.11)
J Street seems to have painted themselves into a corner. Aside from the left wing in Israel, they appear to have no support in Israel. And if you think "well, heck, the left is supporting them" you should think again. Meretz will be gone from the Knesset after the next elections. Labor may get less than 10 seats, if that. And that leaves the fringe Arab parties on the left and precious little else. The vast majority of Israelis have seen the light and understand that the Palestinian leadership continues to lie, cheat, steal, and threaten our existence at every step. If they truly wanted peace, they would be negotiating and not taking every step to avoid negotiations and a peace deal. J Street still thinks that settlements have "drained" Israel's economy - despite the facts that unemployment is down, our economy is up, the shekel is strong, and we are the economic envy of the region - let alone bankrupt European countries.
46. Translation
Gee ,   Zikron Yaakov   (06.06.11)
"How dare Bibi act like a leader of a sovereign nation". Guess what Benny Boy he is. We will not meet with anybody that terrorist supporters send here. Don't like it TFB. Bibi won't meet with anybody that ISM or IHH sends either.
47. J-Street Tactics: They Are CLEARLY an Enemy
EZAL ,   USA   (06.06.11)
They are simply trying to cozy up to the PM for acceptance: now they'll complain about the PM not cooperating. As if we can't see their tactics! LOL! Bibi surely called the congressmen and told them he can't meet with anyone hosted by Jstreet and im sure they are fine with it. Or perhaps it's the ONLY five members of congress who DIDNT give Bibi a standing ovation. Anyhow: these members of congress are flying on Soros' money: NOT cool at all: in fact it's unethical. We'll see how it turns out but Bibi will come out clean. Jstreet is a disgraceful org that should be slammed for their insane activities.
48. Why attach oneself to pro-Hamas organization?
Steve   (06.06.11)
J-Street supports the new Hamas-led coalition government. The Fatah-led organization was bad enough. J-Streets supports a nuclear Iran and Israel's isolation internationally. Why would these Congressmen (Congresswomen) attach themselves to such an anti-Israel organization if they support Israel?
49. #9 Jonathan UK
Mark ,   Israel   (06.06.11)
Who exactly are you addressing?
50. Rod #12: I Googled them; thanks
Steve   (06.06.11)
Did a quick Google search. The following came up. There is more: June 1, 2010 -- (Rep. Betty) McCollum condemns Israel for "the Gaza Humanitarian Flotilla Killings" May 13, 2009 - McCollum to State Dept: Israeli Settlement Expansion is an Obstacle to Peace and Undermines U.S. Security "JStreetPAC is proud to announce that we have raised over $35,000 for Congressman Steve Cohen’s reelection campaign from over 300 JStreetPAC supporters, as he faces a tough reelection fight in his Memphis, TN district." "The National Jewish Democratic Council criticizes the comments of Representative Steve Cohen (D-TN) which compared Republicans to the Nazis and unfortunately reintroduced the Holocaust into the health care debate." Representative JOHN YARMUTH Statements Following his meeting with the Egyptian Foreign Minister June 5, 2011 Q: Does the Congress support Obama’s speech regarding the 1967 borders? Rep. Yarmuth: I think that the issue of the 1967 borders, President Obama supports a negotiated settlement based on the 1967 borders, and that has been long-standing United States policy and I do not think there is any separation in the Congress on that issue. U.S. Congressman John Yarmuth: "....current restrictions on residents of the Gaza Strip limit access to basic building supplies, foodstuffs, and medicine (?). Such restrictions have left parents unable to keep their children warm and well fed. (?) I believe these conditions harm the peace process. In fact, they may have the effect of consolidating support for Hamas and others who would respond with terrorist violence. That is why I joined many like-minded colleagues in sending a letter to President Obama requesting the U.S. work for tangible improvements to the humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip..." "Rep. Lynn Woolsey's recent Washington meeting with American Israel Public Affairs Committee delegation produced fireworks. The group asked Woolsey, a Petaluma Democrat, to co-sponsor legislation mandating four prerequisites before the United States. provides financial help to the new Hamas-led Palestinian government: recognize Israel's right to exist, disarm all militias, renounce violence and remove people with terrorist ties from Palestinian security services. Woolsey refused to sign on, calling the legislation strident and hardheaded."
51. i am proud of netanyahu
david ,   new york   (06.06.11)
this is a group of looney left congressmen, being sent over by an anti-israel lobby. does it really matter that 2 of them are genetically jewish?? the whole purpose of this visit it to make netanyahu and israel look bad. good for you bibi!
52. J Street - A wolf in sheep,s clothing
Michael ,   NY USA   (06.06.11)
J street has no legitimacy and should be kept out of the political process in Israel.
53. Jonthan UK
JUDAH THE LION   (06.06.11)
BIBI, popularity is going sky high.Bibi stands firm against our enemies.Do not be afraid.BE BRAVE & G D will be with you.
54. meet with jstreet
daze ,   US   (06.06.11)
Bibi should meet with jstreeters, just so he can direct security to kick them out
55. Good for Bibi. He has elevated Israel
RayS ,   NH, USA   (06.06.11)
Bibi's visit here was a great success. Americans loved his stand up visit. They'd like a President like him. Now his stand up against the "J Street Delegation" delights knowledgable pro-Israel Americans. J Street is an enemy of Israel and hence an enemy of the USA. Bravo Bibi.
56. J street
sas ,   israel   (06.06.11)
Dear Mr. Prime Minister! I think that you are making a big mistake not meeting the members of J Street. I know what they represent and I do not agree with them BUT - at least they identify themselves with Israel. I think this would have given you the time to explain that you are NOT satisfied with their activities and as Jews they have to be behind Israel (or at least not against it vocally). Are you aware of the number of Jews around the world that do not CARE about ISRAEL at all?????????????? The situation of the Jewish communities around the world is deteriorating that if we exist or not it makes no difference to them. I am totally opposed to J STREET but you need to sit and talk with your friends and your "enemies". Here you are wrong.
57. PM should meet with JStreet
BH ,   Iowa   (06.06.11)
.... and give them the dressing down they deserve. Educating them would be wasted effort.
58. J Street
Jerry ,   New York, USA   (06.06.11)
Bibi is 100% correct in not meeting with a group that is hostile to the Jewish state. J Street is funded primarily by a self-hating Jew, George Soros. Any meeting will not persuade J Street to soften their virulent criticism of Israel.. It will only give them the legitimacy they sorely lack in America.
59. "J-street"
GUY DAVID ,   MARATHON,U.S.A.   (06.06.11)
J-street should just make it official & merge with neturei karta, peace now ,these groups are all anti-ISRAELI , and go totally against the Tanakh, Moshe, and King David ,Melech SH'LOMO, Melech Kohelet , and all ISRAEL ,they look at foooling themseleves & the world ,all empowered by living in Anerica where they are insulated from reality, hem haZayVyym , at least they can befriend Abbes ,AkhkhkhMADinejad, Hamas [while they speak of Peace] War is what they facilitate, while encouraging the enemies of ISRAEL.,
60. #56: They identify themselves with Israel's enemies
Steve   (06.06.11)
We can argue what it means to identify with Israel. For me, those who identify with or give aid to Israel's enemies, do not identify with Israel but with her enemies. That is what President Obama has done. From what I could find by means of a Google search (see #50 above), these J Street-backed Congressmen and women seek to undermine Israel's security. Why is Jeremy Ben-Ami (J Street head) sending them to meet with the prime minister? Has Ben-Ami sought an audience with Mr. Netanayhu? Maybe Ben-Ami should first explain why his organization seeks to undermine Israel and her security.
