Would anybody buy a car the same way? Look for, and find a car you like, then give the owner all the money he asks for, up front, and in cash. Then the owner will "tell" you whether he will sell you the car. If not, he will keep the car...and the money...and go on his way? Nobody in their right mind go for such an option. If the Palestinians cannot bring themselves to say those simple words, lets fact it, there will be no need for peace talks, right?
