fredi ,   karmiel/israel   (06.13.11)
why all those so called refugees, are so keen to come to Israel and not to bordering Arabic country's? Is something wrong with the (arab) oil rich countries?
2. Stop crying and build the fence
Rachel ,   US   (06.13.11)
This fence should have been started in 2008 or 2009 at the latest. The govt watched these people come over every month and sat on their azz. Oh well.
3. FASCINATING ISN'T IT????
Mark from Georgia ,   USA   (06.13.11)
Who are the infiltrators, and where do they come from? So it seems that like the USA, Israel has the same problems. We are criticized by all kinds of people around the world, yet people risk their lives to sneak here and live. Israel it would seem, has the same issue? It begs the question, why would people flock to...and risk their lives...to live in such an oppressive country? Unless, of course, it's really the country with the most freedom, and greatest opportunity? Or thousands of people are nuts and just want to live under oppression?
4. BUILD AND FINISH THE FENCE.

What's the old saying, "Good fences make good neighbor's"? Such a little bit of money for such an important security measure.

for the same reasons 'refugees' AKA illegal immigrants, come to America, opportunity, education, health care, liberty, a better future for their children. All the things missing in their respective governments, in a word, Democracy. They're voting with their feet. ( just as our parents did ) It isn't just the arab spring, many parts of the worlds oppressed and poor are finding their way to the USA and to Israel. They've aimed for the best, maybe not in the 'right' way.
6. p.s. the oil rich countries are notorious 'cheap charlies'
Bless israel. ,   United States   (06.13.11)
and would rather sponsor terror than aid or help to their own miserably poor.
7. Finish the Siani fence immediately

8. The refugees come to israel
Moshe ,   Almost free of Obama   (06.13.11)
rather than the arab countries because the Israelis don't beat, starve, rape and shoot them. Instead you coddle them, you hire them, you feed and clothe them, you allow them to take your women and you lobby for them. Wise up. Kill a few of them and the word will get out that they are not welcome and that israel is not a haven for such as they.
9. Deport illegal infiltrators immediately.
Chaim ,   Israel   (06.13.11)
Illegal infiltrators should not be allowed to reside in Israel. Every necessary effort must be made to locate them and they should be deported immediately.
10. That's ok - most liberals in TA want these refugees
William ,   Israel   (06.13.11)
so, let the liberals have them. TA can turn into an eclectic mix of 3rd world poverty with 1st world parties and self-righteous academics. Good. The rest of us will focus on keeping Jerusalem whole.
11. #3 have you consider another...
Mark ,   usa   (06.13.11)
reason, for infilttation, as you put, to live in countries where freedom, liberty and oppurtunity abide, may not be for those reasons, but is an active desire of the enablers, whether 5th column or hostile entities, set on burdening the target country social structure. The historical record has a number of examples of mass human migrations, the debate is not clear on the mechanics or dynamics of the Visigoths at the Gate phenomenona. Were they really, spontantous migrations, or where they infiltrated over a period of time, and at some point, some event happen setting off a chain events that swept up more and more people as they pushed inland.

13. #11; Mark, INTERESTING IDEA
Mark from Georgia ,   USA   (06.14.11)
While I find your theory interesting, and perhaps even possible during the course of history. I simply don't think that is the case in the present situation. At least for the most part. I must admit I do enjoy when people think outside the box, good job.
