I don't think people hate Mr Beck, they just don't agree with his message or with manner (populist to say the least) in which he delivers that message. BTW, Beck is not talking about restoring Israeli courage, which he very much admires (and publicly expressed it many times). Beck wants to come to Israel to help restore American courage, which is his primary concern. Agree with Beck or disagree whether US lost its courage or not, but at very least you need to be familiar with the subject you are commenting on.

Watch the rebroadcast of Beck on FOX at 9 in the morning (you probably get only radical leftists take on Beck so at least observe before you judge) and maybe you would have a clue as to his purpose behind this amazing solidarity with Israel of the American people.
