Ruth Bracha ,   Beer Sheva   (06.15.11)
Hasanein Ahmad , Can you not see that all the evidence is that Ilan has not ties to the Mossad but is a foolish, naive idealist? If the military regime can sell you this story, they can sell you anything. If you are in any way representative of the Egyptian people prospects for the revolution are dim.
6. Gullible
Lila ,   Shlomi   (06.15.11)
But dear Ruth, those are the people that believed the Mossad trains sharks.... what WOULDN'T they believe? Poor Ilan, he was warned but was sure that nothing would happen to him. Azzam Azzam sat in an Egypt prison for years. Let's hope we see no repetition of the shameful spectacle his "process" was...
7. Egypt sending out a bad message
rivka ,   los angeles   (06.15.11)
to any foreigners, any tourists, anyone who is a minority. They have lost billions in the tourist trade, and will lose more, if "any" foreign national can be jailed and accused as a spy - an 'enemy" - or worse - next will be kidnapping and more terrorist strikes or raping of reporters. Very bad for business, especially the tourist business, and level of security. Start kidnapping Israelis -fail to honor contracts, with a 30 year peace partner who returned the Sinai - who's citizens are kidnapped and falsely accused, is as false as the alleged "zionist sharks" who reportedly sent to attack tourists - or the tagged eagle who was identified as a "zionist bird spy".............without a basis of law and justice, no foreigner will ever feel safe from persecution in Egypt .
8. #1Hasanein Ahmad IT ISN'T THAT THINGS'VE CHANGED IN EGYPT...

11. i hope
fad egypt   (06.15.11)
he will be free soon i am sure that he is innocent and that the whole story is a fake one for two reasons: because israel has no interest in doing that as it is a peaceful country the second reason because his identity as an israeli was clear because o his pics on his laptop and mobile and also because he cant carry all that allegations alone shalom
12. #10, Mossad is not sloppy
Golani ,   Vineland, USA/Israel   (06.15.11)
David, # 10. The Mossad is not sloppy. Will all of the operations they are involved in for the survival of the nation, only what appears to be mistakes gets published. You have no idea of the success that the Mossad enjoys as this would never be published. What may be published and look like mistakes, may be leaked out or made to look like a blunder on purpose. The Mossad is still and will continue to be one of the best intelligence services in the world, and the Mossad still enjoys the respect of all intelligence services.
