Sammy ,   Newcastle   (06.15.11)
Listen to your people and reach out to all Syrians to address their concerns and unite Syria in these difficult times Yes changes will need to be made - but thats for you and the Syrian people to decide Distance yourself from the treachery that is Hezbollah and Ahmedinejad whose aim wether you like it or not is to destabilise Syria (and for that matter my Palestine) to engineer a Lebanon style takeover. These are not your friends but vultures waiting in the wings for chaos and anarchy to reign Long live Syria
3. it is not true
Basam ,   Syria   (06.15.11)
I am there right now and I see no burning flags of Iran or Hizbulla so get your facts right ynet, there are some things that got burnt what look like the colours of Iranian and Hisbulla flags but they were definitely not the actual flags only look like flags
4. @3.. lol
Dani ,   Netherlands   (06.15.11)
syria isn't that small is it? by the way, only look a like flags? why burn a flag which looks like the "hezbollah" flag? whats the purpose of that?
5. Sami get your facts correct
Kazim Ali ,   Kut, Iraq   (06.15.11)
Burning the flags or not the Syrian people do refuse the Iranian significant influence in Syria , and you know as well that the Syrian hated regime is closely associated with HizbAllah .Syrian regime is to weak to reform without changing it's Foreign affairs , and those have Ben only Iran, Hizballah , and Turkey. And you know. Where is that going after the Turks moral outrage with the morally repugnant Syrian regime.
6. #3
ev ,   The Internet   (06.15.11)
I can see more of Syria over the internet than you can see actually living there. Do you by some chance have magical powers? Have you been at every protest? How can you say the video footage is a lie?
7. DAMN RIGHT
SBG   (06.15.11)
GOOD
8. #5. Kazim
Sammy ,   Newcastle   (06.15.11)
You have some valid points.. What a tangled web of problems - but I think we are both agreed that Hezbollah and Iranian influence is bad for Lebanon, bad for Iraq, bad for Syria, bad for Kuwait, bad for Egypt, bad for UAE, bad for Bahrein, bad for Tunisia, bad for Saudi, bad for Yemen, bad for Jordan and last BUT NOT LEAST bad for Palestine So the next question is What are they good for? In the words of the song? Absolutely nothing
9. Assad should have the right to........
Nora Tel Aviv   (06.15.11)
. ...hang himself.
10. Iran....follow syria! and be brave
riahard ,   holland   (06.15.11)
Resist Iran. Throw down the mullahs!
11. Sign of things to come
Stephen in New York   (06.15.11)
should the Alawite run come to an end? Most of Syria is Sunni and are not known to be fond of the Shia . . . or Iran. If Assad goes than the most direct Iranian route to Lebanon is severed. That’s good. But of course Israel might find itself with Turkey occupying Syria "to restore order." Maybe even on the Golan. Wouldn’t that be nice?
12. 5 Kazim-aren't you soon going to be province of Iran?
(06.15.11)
As soon as (and not fast enough) we extract ourselves from your country which will probably immediately result in the thug al-Sadr and his "army" seizing power in solidarity with his iranian bros. (?) On the other hand, maybe intelligent and well-meaning Iraqis like you, intend on preventing that (?).
13. When they finish burning
BEN JABO ,   ISRAEL   (06.15.11)
Iranian & Hezbollah's flags, they'll return to burning Israeli
14. #8 Sammy THE LYRICS ARE..
Ian ,   Newcastle upon Tyne   (06.15.11)
..WAR,what is it good for? Absolutely nothing. Say it again. --------------------------------- But why don't you try telling Iran,Hizbollah,Hamas and the evil Arab supremacist League, over and over again? They use war and terrorism as their main 'diplomatic' tool.Along with a subservient UN,that is. THREE CHEERS FOR ISRAEL!!!
15. SYRIA COULD BE IRAN REGIME'S NEMESIS
Ian ,   Newcastle upon Tyne   (06.15.11)
Syria could be the rock that Iran and Hizbollah beat their own brains out on. Iran is DESPERATE to get control of Syria and Lebanon(and the Gaza Strip) and will pour in resources. To Iran these territories are potential western missile bases from which to threaten Europe and North Africa.. If the Iran regime is going to get sucked into a Vietnam-type conflict,it couldn't happen in a better place than Assad's Syria. THREE CHEERS FOR ISRAEL!!!
16. And now..Obummer
Mark ,   USA   (06.15.11)
Will Obummer now support Assad against the anti-Iraniain protestors?
17. Syria protests?
Joe ,   USA, Virginia   (06.15.11)
How do we know in the US who to believe. I can find news stories from both sides accusing the other of being involved! Are there Iranians in Syria killing protesters or not? Either way... Human beings should not be treated this way. The US is not perfect.. not by any means... What we stand for though is Human Rights... "Assad must go." The only thing Obama has said that has made any sense.
18. No. 13, It's true but you can still enjoy the show
Marco ,   Spain   (06.15.11)
Enjoy the show while it lasts and hope that they will be at each other's throat for a long time to give Israel a well deserved break.
19. Some subtitles would be nice.
Susan ,   Kfar Saba   (06.16.11)
