This case clearly highlights the need for recognised same sex partnerships. Again we see case after case of same sex partners being denied the basic human rights as hetrosexual couples. Dont freak out people we dont want marriage ( thanks but we`ve suffered enough) we wont recognition as a couple. As if its not enough that this women has lost her partner now she has to do battle with the courts, but then with Eli Yishai as misinster of interior we can hardly expect a fair hearing.
