Very exciting to see this. Young people needing to earn a living require help to "generate" not "consume" money. Where I came from, whale watching tourism was started by a few kids with a rubber boat, great energy and a Government program that provided advice, help with business plans, initial funding, etc. for the first three years--the results were amazing. Social programs are great if they help develop jobs that create a cash flow in the community. I wish all of these entrepreneurs the greatest of success.
