How convenient and strangely coincidental on a day when NATO has just bombed a residential area of Tripoli and killed two babies and seven adults.... Perhaps we could have copies of the orders signed for the pilots and hold the commanders responsible.

He has already admitted to numerous terrorist actions. These are war-crimes under UN rules. Have a terrorism war-crimes trial say for Lockerbie or Berlin or one of the thousand of other war-crimes that are documented.

yeah, libya's gadhaffi if proven to have slaughtered civilians should be tried by the ICC, but NATO just confirmed to have killed/murdered civilians in Tripoli by their bombings, are you not going to file cases of murders against these NATO officials, those are innocent lives they killed/murdered in violation of the "no fly zone" UN order? and where are they UH HRC advocates, are Libyan not human beings too, and have human rights, not say something UN?

actually no, they arent. they are simply crimes, not war crimes. see for it to be a war crime, the operative word is "war". the illegal act must happen in the context of a state of armed conflict and there are no such thing as "UN rules" and no such thing as "terrorism war-crimes". a war crime is a war crime. plus, the statute of the ICC can only prosecute alleged crimes that happened after 1 July 2005, so even if there had been a conflict existing at the time (there wasnt, but for the sake of argument) it couldnt be prosecuted at the ICC.
