(my EMPHASIS) Ross STRESSES that Israel must ACT on peace talks cos "the march to isolate Israel internationally is gaining momentum" (and my guess is that THIS started since Obama took office). Then he ADMITS there is "the Palestinian impulse to abandon negotiations". (again, same guess as previous) So my take on Ross's ADVICE to Israel is this - DO something NOW even if there is NO guarantee about the outcome.
