I'd like to see the navy redirect them to Ashdod, where they would be greeted by normal Israeli's. Bring food, flower, good international pop music etc. Most of them are brainwashed historical revisionists who may never have met a Jew outside of the extreme left who support them. Let them disembark in a cool place in the Port and take the opp. to try to teach them the truth about Gaza, the truth about us and the scam going on within UNWRA. What's to lose -better than blowing up African American nobel prize winning poets considering who we have to deal with in the white house. As a German, I have deepest sympathy for Israel. This country tries to live in peace with their neighbours. The flotilla is a provocation whoever is behind. Israel has to be strong, Without strenght it would be already wiped out of the map.

These people don't represent the goverment, nor the majority of greek people ,who are positive about Israel's right to exist in safety. The approach between greek and israeli people must not be disturbed due to some irresponsible usefull idiots who have been warned not to participate. I would suggest to redirect them to Ashdod as you did last year and show them pictures of the brutaly murdered Fogel family and the dead student from the A/T missile struck schoolbus. There is a great chance to understand their mistaken assessment and wake up from their illusions.

The Gaza flotillas are essentially propaganda tools to discredit Israel. Some of the passengers will be Islamic propaganda kamikazes willing to kill and die for jihad and to blacken the Jews in the eyes of the gullible West in the process. The right way to fight the flotilla in addition to stopping it with military means is to turn the tables on the jihadists and expose to the world what these people believe in and what they are fighting for. This can be done by printing thousands of leaflets and making a few huge posters with quotations from the Hamas Charter. The US Embassy has told Israelis that inappropriate entry can result in lifetime ban. Israel needs to let these journalists and misguided people that they could get a lifetime ban from Israel and/or jailed for years for their mistaken attempts to breach a perfectly legal blockade on Gaza.

World never seems to run out of idiots, thats for sure. This war isn't about land. The Islamic world's intenition isn't to coexist with Israel, its to destroy it, and either kill them all, or subjugate them under dhimmi status. Its one of the core tennants of Islam, and was the reason for the '67 war. Its in hamas' charter that their main goal is to destroy the jews. How the hell can you possibly make peace with people that want you dead?

There will probably be as many media people, as passengers, on these ships. They will be cynically hoping and praying for violence, for people to die. Plus a way to blame Israel, Why? They are bias, and right now, they are looking for anyway to get the so called "Arab Spring" totally drowned out. Even though it virtually gets no coverage now, at least here in the USA. I just watch the Sunday morning News Talk shows, each one, is one hour, on three different networks, NONE , not any network, mentioned a word about Syria, Libya etc. or if they did it lasted all of 5 seconds and was passed over as nothing. Yet we all know what kind of coverage Israel will get if just 9 terrorists die on a flotilla, don't we?

as a turkish jew living in the uk (long story) i wonder how the turkish public would react to a flotilla arranged by israel, destined for south-east of turkey, taking supplies to rebel kurds as an aid mission???
