1. "Peace Now", sustained by money coming from abroad from
JBI ,   Israel   (06.26.11)
people who question Israel's right to exist, is eager to achieve "peace" by doing what it can to undermine Israel's lawful conduct, including assisting young soldiers who have violated Israel Defense Forces (IDF) regulations. Shame on you!!
2. Pardon the Soldiers
Spencer ,   Israel   (06.26.11)
I agree that they should be pardoned but those who "donated" the shirts should be prosecuted. There is no room for politics in our army.
3. Peace Now receives its funds from UK goverment
Eliezer ,   Jerusalem   (06.26.11)
and therefore it is the voice of the UK government - if you don't believe this then you can check it in Peace Now accouts
4. T shirts
Joel Goldstein ,   delray beach fl usa   (06.26.11)
No jew should be forced to leave anywhere!! Peace Now activists are a bunch of pseudo liberals who do more harm to Israel and Jews worlswide..They should adhere to the slogan "know thy enemy" before advocating any actions...
5. YESHUALAYIN
YESHUALAYIN ,   YESHUALAYIN   (06.26.11)
the lord will build a house for you when your days are over and you go to be with your fathers,I will raise up your offsprings to succeed you,one of your own sons and I will establish his kingdom,he is the one who will build a house for me and I will establish his throne for ever,i will be his father and he will be my son and my kingdom for ever, his throne will be established for ever (chronicles 17)
6. Peace "Never" gave then the T-shirts
Marco ,   Spain   (06.26.11)
This was a leftist ploy to stain the right. Oppenheimer should come clean on the whole affair.
7. Who is Y. Oppenheimer ?
Michel ,   Jerusalem   (06.26.11)
peanuts and even less
8. To #4 Same Guy?
Gideon Reader ,   USA   (06.26.11)
As an aside; are you the same person named who policed-UC Narc work with me in the mid '60's-early '70's in South Florida area of ops?
9. SUPPORT THE GOLANIS
zionist forever   (06.26.11)
Peace Now can go screw themselves they don't give a damn about the feelings of these soldiers or anybody else other than the arabs. These soldiers deserve a little solidarity for their courage in wearing those shirts because what the government is demanding they do is immoral. The government should not be putting soldiers in a position where they have to either face jail or do something they believe is morally wrong. Settlement evacuation is a job for private security forces who do the job because they choose to not because they were forced to under the threat of jail.
10. Peace Now Ploy ??
John Cone ,   USA   (06.26.11)
So your telling me these kids did not know what was on their shirts?? I would have hoped Israeli soldiers can read. Either these kids knew the shirts were from pro Israel settlement groups or they knew they came from the Extreme Left wing probably Peace Now can't be both. #6 could be right. But that is my opinion.
11. Peace Now US Money??
Mary Snow ,   USA   (06.26.11)
The Question is why is the United States possibly providing US Government funds to Peace Now based on this Fox News report and for what ends? http://video.foxnews.com/v/3922630
12. I encourage everybody to go out buy shirts like that
zionist forever   (06.26.11)
Show solidarity with the Golani's who are being ordered to choose between prison or an immoral act.
13. What a bunch of hypocrites
David ,   On this planet   (06.27.11)
Wearing those shirts are political, but using the IDF to evict Jews from their home is not. Get a life people are not stupid. If they did it to me in the late fifties when I served my 3 1/2 years I would have taken my uniform off and wish them luck with whoever was still wearing one. Shameful times
14. Who cares what Peace Now thinks?
Chaim ,   Israel   (06.27.11)
Peace Now is almost totally reliant on donations from Jew haters, predominantly in the E.U. It has virtually no constituency in Israel. So who cares what it thinks?
15. Policy not in the IDF!!!
~~Lengualima~~ ,   I   (06.27.11)
The double meaning is clear. If today a commander must forgive soldiers to use some shirts that reject the withdrawal of settlers. Tomorrow when another group of soldiers to do the same but saying that Israel is an occupier must withdraw from Judea and Samaria. With what moral authority can put them in prison. It is better to suffer the punishment that turning the IDF into chaos. The policy is for civilians, in the barracks is the best way to destroy the IDF.
16. Expel Peace Now NOW!!! Where can I buy that shirt??
tom ,   tel aviv   (06.27.11)
17. That's how settlers and their "committees" operate
Dovid ,   Israel   (06.27.11)
Dishonest to their core. Using people. Don't care who they harm. Repugnant in every manner. THEY are the ones who should be punished for this action. I hope there are criminal charges filed against the perpetrators. The IDF must be protected.
18. Peace Now, hates Israel??
BrianR ,   London UK   (06.27.11)
Hardly. Yes, PN advocates a two-state solution; this is hardly delegitimising the country we all love. It is because we don't want to see even more harm come to Israel, that some of us express our concern over some of the actions and aspirations of it (quite legitimate) government. As for funding from the US and EU governments; be very careful. I believe Israel itself receives considerable funding from exactly the same (alleged) sources.
19. Nothing offensive on those t-shirts!
Ben ,   Paris, France   (06.27.11)
Quite courageous of them actually. On the other hand Peace Now is so offensive to jews with their delegitimizing agenda of Israel as a jewish state.
20. Golani
abba menachem ,   israel   (06.29.11)
