Because of this, I suspect the UN is using this report as leverage aimed primarily at the Turks in an effort to persuade them to admit their entanglement in the flotilla affair...good luck with that! The bottom line is that the evidence is overwhelmingly against the Turks and the UN desperately wants to prevent ticking them off by stating the obvious. I hope Ban Ki Moon resists the temptation to do this, releases the full report, and let the chips fall where they may.
