31. Muslims are digging their own graves
Morris   (07.02.11)
50 millions Muslims in Europe are now ALL perceived as bringing terrorism, violence, intolerance, polygamy, riots, social service exploitation, sexism, diseases, illiteracy.... They are over-represented in jails, hospitals, unemployment benefits... Europeans are all coming to the conclusion that they will never integrate, and therefore will eventually have to be mass-expelled. And what are the Muslims doing? More of the same... They are digging their own graves, and too dumb to even realize that...
32. Boycott chocolate and electric cars...
Joe ,   St Louis usa   (07.02.11)
...but apparently not (intel) computers, cellphones, (most) generic medication, most Alzheimer's medications, most diabetes medications, MRIs, SMS, IM, VOIP, Google, Microsoft, Intel or Motorola?? Has boycotting electric cars really become part of the liberal agenda? There's irony for you.
33. Palestinian protests
Joan ,   NZ   (07.03.11)
The UK and German Prime Ministers have actually said Multiculturalism does not work - This is a good example. Palestinians usually carry their baggage of propaganda and lies wherever they go. Australia and New Zealand need to have great care who they let into their lands. One thing I know, Jews make wonderful settlers.
34. Fanatics
Lana ,   Australia   (07.03.11)
All they are doing is strengthening the resolve of Australians to put an end to muslim immigration. The average Aussie is sick to death of their antics.
35. Nothing Rare
Steve ,   Melbourne, Australia   (07.03.11)
These protests are far from rare - this is the fourth this year in Melbourne alone. Also happening in Sydney, Perth, Brisbane and Adelaide.
36. It's all about the flavonoids
Alan ,   Adelaide   (07.03.11)
It is fair to say that when limited political understanding partners with too much time on one's hands, then senseless rallies like the one MR Nasser helped organise are the result. If Mr Nasser would do his homework, he would know that most Israelis favour a two-state solution, that Israel has no acquisition designs on any territories in what is called Palestine, and that it is the wheels of commerce that have made modern Israel the financial, military and social success story it is today. Mr Nasser's claims of on-going ethnic cleansing in "Palestine" is a faslsehood so old (63 years old and counting) that only the young, the impressionable looking for a cause, and the not-so-well-informed will buy into that line of thinking. For the record, it was Haj Amin Husseini, the ex Grand Mufti of Jerusalem in the 1948 who strongly encouraged the Arabs (still no mention of "Palestinians" here...) to leave their towns and villages in order that the incoming invading Arab armies could clear the coastal strip that is Israel today of all Jewish life. Talk about ethnic cleansing..... A friendly suggestion, if I may: "Eat some more of the chocolate, Mr Nasser. It will make you feel good inside. Then take a ride in an electric car or bus. With tasty antioxidant flavonoids on the inside and breathing cleaner, 'greener' air on the outside, you will perhaps regain some of the social equilibrium you currently seem to have lost." And remember, this is Australia. Over here we do not discriminate against businesses or people because of their religion or ethnicity.
37. As an Aussie.................
David ,   Melbourne, Australia   (07.03.11)
I'm really sick of these stupid leftist student groups who protest against anything to do with Israel, or the west. I dated a female from the IDF and have many friends there still, and whenever I would see these student groups at uni or so, my blood will just boil. These groups also call on equality in Australia for homosexuals and females, but at the same time protest against the only country in the middle east where those two groups are treated well. These student leftist groups are just dumb uneducated creatures who just feel that whatever Australia and west are doing, is the wrong thing
38. Arab thugs throwing their weight around, common in Australia
PETER SM ,   Melbourne   (07.03.11)
They are represented in gaols out of all proportions to their numbers. While useful idiots stay useful idiots.
39. The Socialist Alliance
Adam Neira ,   Melb, Australia   (07.03.11)
The Socialist Alliance in Melbourne has all the political nous of a wet blanket. They are invariably trouble makers who fail to see the bigger picture. Balance escapes them.
40. "Peaceful Activists"
Roy ,   USA   (07.03.11)
Mindless,hypocritical,hate-filled, confused souls -abysmal losers in life- making fools of themselves, and being detained in all parts of the world for their peaceful actions on behalf of a cause they are not capable of understanding. Perhaps, it would be more effective to allow them all to come to their beloved "Gaza" and not allow them a way back.
41. I gotta respond
daze ,   US   (07.03.11)
lebanon pride, please tell us, what have you done, wait, lets extend that to all muslims. What have you guys accomplished to make you so proud? graczek, are you threatening American businesses? Go ahead, because wherever you try, sales of Israeli goods go through the roof. Sort of an indication of how you muslims have endeared yourselves to the American public. And finally salma-must you be so witty and charming, with your meaningless hot air
42. #2
steve ,   Dallas USA   (07.03.11)
Pro-palestinians are not everywhere, muslims are everywhere, bringing their hatreds, their prejudices, their intolerance. And the host country sees it and starts to understand the fanaticism Israel must deal with and support for Israel grows. Each one of these "protests" is worth a whole minisrty of foreign affairs to Israel. Please keep showing your true face.
43. palestinians do NOT lived oppresed. IT'S TIME TO STOP !
Daniela   (07.03.11)
44. esav soneh es yaakov!
(07.03.11)
45. Protest at the chocolate shop?
Cameron ,   USA   (07.03.11)
Man, get the Hell outta here with that kind of friggin' nonsense. What a pack of mugs the opponents of Israel are.
46. Good publicity stunt
Amram ,   Toronto ,Canada   (07.03.11)
Sure to boost sales, now that a relatively unkown little coffee shop is in the news. I for one will be sure to pay a visit to Brenner the next time I am in NYC
47. Boycotts and their effects
Armand Kidouchim ,   Calabasas, CA, USA   (07.03.11)
Palestinians and their supporters have no shame and no dignity in attacking businesses who simply do what they are supposed to do in a ''FREE, OPEN & CIVILIZED SOCIETY''. They attack shops in many countries and keep ruffling the good social fabric of many civilized coutries. The silent MAJORITY in most of the industrialized world is fed up with ISLAMO FANATICISM and Leftist ACTIVISISM,...so wach out for the upcoming WORLD backlash! At the end of the day those who will gain world support and respect will be those who contribute the most to the betterment of mankind and that can only be ISRAEL and the JEWS whether you you love or hate them you cannot deny the reality of their contribution!
48. Good to see that.........
Mike Carmel ,   Rishon le Zion   (07.03.11)
..in Australia you can be charged for "insulting a police officer". In the UK they just told the police to absorb all insults and not to react. Good to see that in Australia there is still some respect for law enforcement officers.
49. What a shame!
Abz ,   Australia   (07.03.11)
It's a shame to see all these Anti-Israel groups rally for a reason less than half of them understand. Your protests are getting you nowhere. Australia is and hopefully will remain a strong supporter of Israel. I am an Australian of German background and will support the Jewish nation until my last heartbeat. I would happily stand in front of these protests, between them and their target and drape an Israeli flag over my shoulders. I am proud to be an Australian. I am proud to be a non-Jewish supporter of Israel. I am ashamed of the actions of those protesting something of which they have little understanding. You want to help someone? Go help children in Africa suffering at the hands of vicious warlords. Act like you give a sh*t. But no, instead you stand their protesting against a nation who has every right to be where it is and defend it's people and borders. Israel forever, forever Israel.
50. They attack on Shavuot & Shabbat.Who is adivisng them?
PETER SM ,   AUSTRALIA   (07.03.11)
51. 13 Joe
Hoogstra ,   Canada   (07.03.11)
My friend real Christians will stand, support and defend Israel. Real Christians shielded Jews in Europe. Alas I know the term Christian has been thrown around loosely, but real Christians will stand with the Jewish people.Through you we know about G-D.. Thank you Israel for being His Chosen People. Peace to you...yours kh
52. This game is getting stupid all ready.
Deebo_ ,   Holon   (07.03.11)
In May and June, a bunch of people rush a militarized border of an enemy nation just to provoke a response from a prepared army. In June and July a bunch of people get on a boat with the intention of causing controversy and provoking the response of a prepared army. On regular basis, Jews get lynched in Arab neighbourhoods just because their GPS let them astray, while Arabs enjoy full freedom everywhere in the country. Thousands of miles away, a bunch of people attack police, and behave violently outside a chocolate shop whose only crime to be owned by Israelis. Their charge? "Palestinian oppression" and "ethnic cleansing". Somebody please tell me... who is the oppressing nation here??
53. Pro Pal
Max ,   US   (07.03.11)
Yes, they are everywhere and proving they are more ignorant than most regarding what is really happening. I wouldn't be too proud, showing off their ignorance and stupidity is not a favorable attribute.
54. Max-Brener-Australia
iSSY hASS ,   Ra'anana-Israel   (07.03.11)
I thoyght these people will be outside the Syrian,Libya,Yemen and Bahrene embasies against the killingse of innocent civilians--- i just remembered that Israel is not involved or might be the poor palestinians hate Israel more than loving(caring) for their brothers and sisters in the arab world issy
55. Another socialist group in 1930s Germany also boycotted Jew shops
Alan ,   SA   (07.03.11)
56. To Australians #36 - #39, #49
Tahl   (07.03.11)
Reading your responses is truly heartwarming. Toda raba to you, and to your wonderful nation, who has proven to be a true friend of Israel.
57. Palestinian in Israel
michael birg ,   sydney,australia   (07.03.11)
Just spent 7 wks in Israel . The Palestinians have very good standard of living there . Most towns/villages have huge villas and good housing ,etc. Seen their kids / teenagers on their trips around north Israel . They looked like any Aussie kids - happy and well dressed . What the heck you diaspora palestinians want ? Just get down to work in the countries you stay and build the future there if you want. If not, emigrate to Saudi or Egypt . You will be loved there .
58. to nr. 55.
justice for all ,   world/planet earth   (07.04.11)
that were the fascists/national-socialists (nazis) of adolf hitler, from 1933 to 1945. please be fully when you give information. the socialists and the communists were the first groups together with the jews etc. to be arrested by the nazis and to be put in concentration-camps in germany, like dachau etc., when hitler came to power in 1933. hitler was not left or a socialist. he was a fascist/national-socialist, with the emphasis on nationalism/national(ist). he was a nazi and he was ultra/extreme/far right. and his followers too.
59. to Salma 2
john Darren ,   cairns-Australia   (07.04.11)
