I wish you were correct. The Palestinians do not want peace AND they do not want a state. They want EVERYTHING and as many dead Jews as possible. Actually, it's not. There is no legal mandate to allow refugees to return. UNR194 was non-binding and the only issue dealing with refugees from this conflict. And isn't the same resolution that Arabs rejected outright because it required Arabs to end aggression against Israel and obey Israeli law? There are some intl laws dealing with conflicts but the burden is on the "refugee" to prove their ownership of claimed land, and is not transferable to future generations.
